This episode was so fun to record and it is definitely a more laid-back and chatty style episode! Ella, my future roomie and current sorority sister, and I talk all about her journeys with PCOS and celiac. We talk about body image and the stress that’s put on our image by the media.

I know you will all love Mck's amazing energy and great advice. You can find her on instagram @EvrthngMck or @Mckenna.Hayes.

Today's guest is very near and dear to my heart because she is the one who brought me into this world! My mom is my best friend and seriously the best mom ever! She is my biggest role model and has taught me so much in my 19 years. She had a very tough experience with Lyme disease and was bed-ridden for the first years of my life but overcame it and is so much stronger because of it! She even ran a marathon a couple of years ago! She details her Lyme journey in this episode, talks about her relationship with food as medicine, and gives some motherly advice.
Today's episode is SO exciting! We are joined with the CD Young, the founder of the most AMAZING vegan restaurant in the Chicagoland area (and honestly probably the world) Spirit Elephant!
