General Mattis joined the United States Marine Corp in 1969 where he rose through the ranks to become a 4 star general. From 2007 to 2010 he commanded the United States Joint Forces Command and concurrently served as NATO's Supreme Allied Commander of Transformation. He was Commander of United States Central Command from 2010 to 2013 and most recently served as the 26th United States Secretary of Defense from January 2017 through December 2018. Ben Burr-Kirven is an absolute beast. I had the privilege of watching him dominate in high school, alongside my younger brother, but the spectacle that is Ben Burr-Kirven mauling dudes did not end there. Ben went on to become the nation's leading tackler this past season with 176 tackles. He is expected to get drafted in this weekend's NFL draft.
