What do you do when you're alone in the studio? Your co-host is elsewhere, you talk to yourself like a maniac! Thankfully, joining Michelle this week was Ron & Sharyn Smith. Ron, a former amateur and professional boxer, distance runner, author, boxing coach and all round great guy and his wife Sharyn, a former nurse now personal trainer and nutrition advocate, run Mt Eliza Boxing Centre and The Centre for Lifelong Health and Fitness. These guys really walk the walk. Another fun chat with lots to learn and my new favorite quote, "common sense is not that common". Ain't that the truth!

Joining us this week was Guy Riley the Packed Lunch Guy. Also Marcus gave us his World Cup wrap up, clearly we have another sports commentator in the making here. More laughs, pointless chatter and some information thrown in for good measure. ENJOY!
