Laying Local is a podcast hosted by Torrey Snow, with the goal of encouraging more people to take an interest in local government. Torrey Snow ran for his local county council in Anne Arundel County, Maryland in the 2018 election cycle. In that process, he learned so much about how local governments impacts our daily lives.
