A glass half full kind of guy. Serving as chaplain in a hospital for 20 years, Gary has seen the ups and downs that life can bring. After recently losing his wife, Garry has recognized how much a positive outlook, faith and a strong support system can you help you through the grieving journey.

Tracy's the youngest person on our podcast to be interviewed, but is far from retired. Enjoy listening to her insight on life including her career, her family and her upcoming adventure with her husband that will be taking them across the world to New Zealand.

George has a love for music, mountains, his career in real estate, and of course, Gretchen. As a self-proclaimed introvert, you would never know by the stories that he shares and the company he keeps. While he is adventurous at heart, one of his favorite past times is spending time alone reflecting on his family, friendships and great life experiences.

Ted has been through an Alzheimer's diagnosis with both his wife and his daughter. Through his experience, he's dedicated this second half of his life to being a resource and a friend for those who find themselves face to face with the disease.
