Whenever they did not understand us, we will always try to make them understand us. But it can totally drain you because they cannot see where you are. No matter how much we try, there are REALLY some things that don’t match and we have to accept it. That’s the reason why we start to listen from those words they have said, and forget about yourself. In this episode, I gave an example on why they cannot see what you are going through and it’s totally okay. But it also doesn’t mean that it’s time for you to be negative and be hard on yourself. Just stop trying and focusing to those people who can’t understand you.

No matter how much you try to escape in that room, you’ll always find yourself in that room. That’s why you start to look for happiness, by your surroundings, by the things that you do and by the people around you. Yes, it helps TEMPORARILY. The truth is, they cannot give you PURE happiness, they cannot be your 24/7 source of happiness. That’s why in this episode, Rachel talks about how it must be to find happiness in your life.
