HELLO!!! I was so excited to get back in the studio and record. I've been wanting to catch up with you guys, so much has changed! Moving does that to you I guess hahaha. Solo episodes are always tricky for me, I feel awkward. I always do better bouncing off someone in a conversation, but today you get a tired and mumbly-jumbly Jolie lol. In this episode my mom, Shaneen, joins me. We talk about motherhood, finding your passions in life and chasing them, and always being willing to try again tomorrow. She tells us towards the end of the episode, "I am capable." I think I will add that to my daily affirmations! My mother is a driven and passionate athlete, and can tell you first hand how challenging it can be to push your body to it's limits. But she's also firm in her belief that our bodies are simply amazing and a gift that needs to be appreciated. As a business owner, mother of 6, and basically a professional athlete, I think we should all listen real good to every drop of wisdom she shares with us. Enjoy!
