As you learn more about graduate programs in Conflict Resolution and Conflict Management, listen to these stories shared by our alumni so you can better understand the breadth of ways in which this degree can be applied. The MSCM program gives students an opportunity to investigate and explore possible career paths through hands-on skills clinics, an optional internship, and mentoring from experienced practitioners. Our graduates gain skills in mediation, negotiation, intercultural communication, alternative dispute resolution, coaching, facilitation, dispute systems design, program evaluation, and more. They apply these skills in a broad range of careers, from domestic applications in management positions, human resources, education, law enforcement, health care, etc. to international careers with organizations such as the Red Cross, Carter Center, the United Nations, and others.
