Take the time and look inside. What I've discovered in my own experience is that our inner lives and outer lives are reflections of each other. I have good days and bad days. I'm fortunate that the majority of my average week seems to flow pretty effortlessly. I do hit rough patches on occasion. My meditation practice is a very similar experience to my daily life. The similarities between my inner life and outer life confirm to me that life is supposed to filled with favorable days and unfavorable days. I definitely prefer favorable days, although it seems that during the unfavorable times I'm forced to come up with solutions in order to grow and keep moving foward. --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/mitch-sollenne4/support

I think it's very narcissistic and controlling, to think that we should all be happy or sad at the same time. If you want to be free and have the liberty to feel and express whatever state you're in, it's important to allow others the freedom to be as they are without needing to change them. In most typical daily experiences people will return to their usual personalities if given the time, space and support they need to amend whatever it is they're experiencing... --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/mitch-sollenne4/support

I think a huge part of growing in maturity is the cultivation of humility. The connection between all of us is undeniable! When I see someone that I deem to be a bad apple, that attribute that I'm able to identify has to be in me too. Conversely when I see someone that's cool, it takes one to know one. When I see people walking down the street and a thought or judgement arises, I know that I'm experiencing unity. I can see into their hearts through their eyes , the eyes that say so much without words that the surety of a connection is evident. --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/mitch-sollenne4/support

We need to take our time and enjoy the ride! The Human part of us seems to dominate most people. The Human part is the side of us that is obsessed with achieving, progress and the greener grass up ahead. I think these are all good things when balanced with the Being part of us. The Being part of us is similar to the the spaces in between these words I'm writing. Without the spaces or the medium on which creation occurs there's nothing. Don't neglect or be oblivious of the side of us which is formless, the Being. There's also a lot of effort involved in the Human that's doing side. The we gotta getter done attribute of the Human side is necessary , but don't forget how incredibly blissful and effortless it is to put on the cruise control of our Being attributes... --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/mitch-sollenne4/support

Our heart centers control the majority of our energy. When our heart agrees we have energy , when it doesn't we feel drained. What determines if our heart agrees is the way the we perceive a person , place or thing... Perceptions with good connotations open our heart and bad perceptions close our heart. Acceptance and keeping an open heart is the key to limitless energy. If you decide to close your heart to one thing you close it to everything! --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/mitch-sollenne4/support

What do you know through direct experience. Ask yourself, what's the difference between knowing something and believing something? Absolute , eternal truth is unchanging. Through observation of the days of your life, it's evident that everthing changes. The only thing that doesn't change, is the consciousness that's aware of change. So what do we really know for absolute besides consciousness, that we're hungry, tired, have to go to the bathroom... It's the ego insisting that we know (telling us we'll be less if we don't), we don't know... The great news is we're all in the same boat! --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/mitch-sollenne4/support

Find balance in all areas of our lives. If we love to work, make sure we have down time. In love when devoting ourselves to others, make sure we're included in the circle... and if we're law abiding people, make an effort to jay walk once a week! Feeling drained by the extremities of life can be mitigated through moderation. High highs aren't worth the low lows. One possible solution is to find a sustainable equilibrium that works with our unique attributes and natural deficiencies! --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/mitch-sollenne4/support
