Welcome to the My Hormones My Health Podcast! My name is Laura, and I have PMDD. Come with me as I navigate my way through the highs, the lows and the even lowers of my hormones and health. I can't promise I'll have all the answers, but at the heart of everything I do, I'll be aiming to spread a message of hope that a life with hormone and health issues can be compatible with a life of joy. This podcast won't only be looking at PMDD, but also taboo subjects such as periods and mental health, and I'll be joined by guest speakers who will share their own experiences with these issues. Feel free to get in touch at hormonesandhealth@outlook.com. See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.
