Neighbors of East Nashville

This week, we get to hear from Sammi(who is usually behind the scenes editing the podcast), reminisce on this past season, and challenge each other with next steps. We don't know what next season will look like, but this season has been so special and such a great time for all three of us.

Marilyn Greer is amazing, and her story is so special. During this episode we talk about community, Cayce homes and we get to learn all about the 2019 East Nashvillian of the year!

This week we got to speak with Jose, who is the owner of El Fuego! He is amazing, his story is incredible and you will want to listen to this one. We are so honored to have had him on with us this week, he talks about how he started his business, his move to the states, all of the many stories in between.

Doris Daly, A native Nashvillian, probably best known as Ms. Doris at the Eat Nashville Athletics baseball park and the most friendly face in East Nashville.

This week on Neighbors of East Nashville, we hear from Dr. Gibbs, who is the principal of Warner Arts Elementary School right here in East Nashville. We get to hear all about the people who made a difference in his life while in school and how he is now that person for the students in his school.

This week we are hearing from JJ, he has lived in east Nashville for a long time and has seen the changes East Nashville has been through. He has some interesting stories and shares his opinions on all things east.

This week we are hearing from Dana Radford, you may know her as the hostess from Lockeland Table, but did you know she is also one of the lead singers for the band the Tummies? She is incredible, inspiring and a wonderful story teller, and we can't wait to hear what you think about her story, because it is special!

We want to work on getting to know our East Nashville Neighbors, this podcast is going to be all about interviewing those East Nashville folks who are doing huge things. This week David and Gooch just give a brief summary of how this podcast is going to look and their heart for East Nashville.
