I created the Peculiar Yoga podcast based on my time and relevance needs. The peculiar does not refer to the yoga routines, but to my desire to be peculiar, chosen by God to be one of the treasures he speaks of in Exodus 19:5. I hope these podcasts will help you be peculiar too. These routines are interlaced with scripture to so the listeners can stay focused during the routine and put aside their worldly troubles. I am not a yogi. I assume that listeners are familiar with the poses. If not look on yogajournal.com in the fitness and flexibility sections. God bless you. Enjoy.
