Sam Noble Oklahoma Museum of Natural History

Paul Sereno, well-known for his discoveries of such ancient creatures as "Supercroc" and "Raptorex," gave this presentation at the University of Oklahoma Sam Noble Museum, sharing his interest in dinosaurs and his exciting discoveries in China and around the world.

The Sam Noble Oklahoma Museum of Natural History announced the naming of a new species of dinosaur, based on fossils in their collection. Brontomerus mcintoshi, or "thunder-thighs" after its enormously powerful thigh muscles, is a long-necked plant-eater from the Early Cretaceous Period, found in Utah in 1994.
