It was something that used to control me, paralyze me & therefore I wanted to talk on this because I feel so many of you struggle with this. Not showing up again & again and blaming the world but it actually goes down to YOU. I wanted to share my story with you today. I was the queen of self sabotage & in hindsight, when you are looking back you see things crystal clear but when you are in the moment, you can not see it, you are drowning & looking around and everything except yourself. I was the queen of excuses, thinking that it was everyone else's fault. I was the queen of "I don't feel like it today" and what was most frustrating was I was the queen of being so good at what I'm doing - let's say in this case working out - I would be consistent, take care of my diet, eat healthy & then all of a sudden out of the blue just STOP!"
