Happy National Wine Day! Pour yourself a glass and cook alongside me tonight! I’ve got an easy weeknight meal for you: Blistered Tomato and Bacon Penne Pasta! Yes, I said BACON! So good! Check your pantry or head to the grocery store for: salt, pepper, sugar, dried basil, olive oil, cherry tomatoes, lemon, 2 cloves garlic, one small yellow onion, fresh mozzarella, bacon and a box of penne or spaghetti pasta and get cooking with me! I hope this meal brings a little “Sobremesa” to your family! Enjoy!
