Liverpool narrowly beat Manchester United, prompting a discussion on Ole Gunnar Solskjær's future. All of the big six teams except Liverpool dropped points over the weekend. Chelsea suffers a surprise defeat to Newcastle. Steve Cook plays keeper for Bournemouth, costing them the game. 

David and Desmond discuss the start of the busy holiday season in the EPL. Marco Silva gets sacked after a 5-2 defeat to Liverpool. Emery follows suit and leaves an Arsenal team that is desperate for a win. Manchester United get a surprise victory over their former boss Mourinho. Leicester stays in the driver's seat, leading the effort to challenge the Reds for the title. Manchester City draw with Newcastle but win resoundingly against Burnley. It was an exciting weekend and an exciting week of football with much more winter action to come.

He leads Tottenham to their first away win since January, albeit against a pretty bad West Ham side. And speaking of bad teams, the Manchester United squad led by Phil Jones barely squeak by with a point against a stellar Sheffield side. Of course, David is still sad about Arsenal.
