This week I ask dad what he wants everyone to take away from his story. We also drift down a stream of consciousness for a bit as we dig up some last minute memories while we wrap up. Thank you all for joining me as I helped me dad tell his story. See you all on the next show.

Welcome back, sorry for the delay but we had some scheduling issues and I want to give my hard working producer a weekend off. This week we explore my dad's "stabilization period" where he secures his career and some real estate, while we both start tripping over our timeline continuity, which might still not be 100% I also take a moment to probe his thoughts about a persistent through line of his financial perspective on his memories. 

This week we talk to my dad about his fast paced contract work and years as a flight mechanic. Jumping from London to the Bahamas, and almost getting shot by Jamaican airport security. We also discuss his efforts to try and get steady work near home in North Carolina in the post 9/11 airline industry.
