For this week’s edition of supper club I looked to one of my favorite people, Camille Napier-Bernstein, to help me unpack a specific change of heart setting in for a lot of millennials, including myself: do I even want kids? We touched on her time in the army, teaching in a pandemic, virtual dating before video chat was a thing, finding your person, and the complicated and daunting task of child-rearing. I wanted to talk to Camille about this topic because she is a great example of someone who didn't marry her high school or college sweetheart, who didn't find her forever person right away, and has managed to still create an incredible family. She and her husband David are amazing teachers, parents, and hilarious people. She has lived a fascinating life, she has conquered many obstacles, and her kids are honestly the coolest teens/tweens that I know of.
