Not only does the cross of Jesus provide the pathway to the life He wants us to live, but to also be the people He wants us to be. It is amazing that God will use something so jarring and graphic as the cross and then allow us to participate in the revival that the church needs. God then can revive the world through His church.

One of the best ways to share the love of Jesus with others is to take time to know them for who they are, not just what they do; so if the conversation ever begins to deal with what they do, they will know us for who we are and not dismiss us for what we say or do. That is what Jesus did. That is what Paul did. That is what The Lord leads us to do.

God is pleased when we operate as He originally intended. For the unsaved that means coming to Jesus as Savior. For the saved that means being generous in our love and holy in our righteousness. When God is pleased the earth begins to resemble heaven.
