Tape 11 – Jack's past catch's up him, the Mayor's assignation weapon is found, and the Gazette is served with a second search warrant in the matter of a few days…

Tape 10 - Monticello is under martial law. Big updates on Elizabeth O'Neil's case (weapon and suspect), along with a shock about her state when she was killed.

Tape 9 – Before going to print, Jack Stone gives the Police Chief to refute his lead. The Mayor calls a rally on the Square. A counter protest springs up. Chaos unfolds. An interesting twist comes out about Dolores Rodriguez…

Tape 8 - After an inspiring cycling class, Jack Stone interviews the Dailys to follow up on a lead. The Irvington county coroner releases his report, and lastly Omar Grassley continues to rally people, calling for the Mayor's impeachment!

Tape 7 – Now that the Timkin girls have been saved, the eye of the village turn back to Elizabeth O'Neil's death. There are growing cries for her body to be exhumed. The Mayor is in hiding. And political and societal tensions begin to rise as the town realizes someone is lying…

Tape 6 – An unusual alliance is formed between Jack and Clarissa Dunn is formed as Stuart Cox continues to refuse to publish anything about the murder or kidnapping. That is, until a twist of events lands Jack in charge of the Gazette and Stuart lands in jail.

Tape 5 – The Timkin girls have gone missing! Elizabeth's death is being re-examined! The police and Mayor scramble to contain the growing situation by holding two press conferences that go off the rails. That poorly named blog continues to leak information, and Jack receives a mysterious and terrifying photo...

Tape 4 – As the newspaper remains silent a new blog springs up in Monticello spreading news, Jack learns of a potential witness to Elizabeth's murder. Finally Jack explains his apartment had been broken into and only one thing was taken. Something you certainly don't want to lose track of…

Tape 3 – Jack's editor blocks his attempt to share the flaws with the official story of Elizabeth's death, he gets an interview with the Mayor, and this Tape ends with another death...this time in the center of the village.  

 Tape 2 - Jack reports on his unfortunate run in with Mayor Chuck O'Neil at his late wife's funeral. Then Jack shares his contentious  and deceitful interview with the Monticello Police about the events surrounding Elizabeth's passing.

Tape 1 - Attorney Sharon Templeton introduces the Monticello Tapes, followed by Jack describing the events of finding Elizabeth O'Neil's dead body, and why he believes he will be pinned for her murder.

Mayor's wife dies and 17 days later a local journalist is arrested. Luckily, Jack Stone kept an audio journal about his investigation into the murder of Elizabeth O'Neil, and why he thinks he will be pinned for her death. His audio journals are the basis of the Monticello Tapes.
