Laura's ringing in the holidays with her year end podcast. She's joined by the infamous West Side cook from Kosciuszko Hall, Theresa Peterlein. The two talk about old world Polish traditions and rituals for the holidays as well as the Christmas Eve Wigilia Dinner. they also reminisce about the many outdoor activities they participated in as children.

The ladies rule the cafe once again as Laura welcomes in long time friends Dawn Rosinski and Debra Bizon. The sisters are members of the infamous all girl polka band The Polski Chix, and the trio discuss music, the good old days and what it was like growing up in a musical family. Then it gets serious as they detail what makes up a traditional Polish wedding. This in the wake of the recent wedding and reception of Dawn's daughter Kayla.

This episode is all about the ladies. Laura and good friend Diane Kaye-Lackowski plus reigning USPA Junior Queen Audrey Kaye discuss all the great Polish Festival coming to Michigan in the month of August. They also share stories from their past and highlight the women of Polka Music.

It's festival season and Laura and her guests talk about the best Polish festivals in Michigan. The group highlights the upcoming 40th Anniversary of the Dozynki Polish Festival in late August. Joining Laura are Dozynki's outgoing President Marilyn Lignell, Vise President Adam Porczynski and 2018 USPA Junior Queen Audrey Key.

In Episode 3, host Laura Szczepanek is joined by Schmohz Brewing's Chaz Thompson and Kielbasa Idol Coordinator Eddie Sypniewski to discuss all things Kielbasa. The show is packed with info on preparing, making, eating and enjoying this polish favorite. Plus info on the upcoming Kielbasa Idol event at St. Adalbert Park in Grand Rapids.

In Episode 2 Laura and Greg discuss the the Polish traditions associated with Easter holiday season. They lay out the proper items your Easter Basket should have before it is blessed plus run down the top 10 traditional Polish foods for Easter. The discussion also delves into the history of Dyngus Day which is the Monday following Easter.

In Episode 1 Hosts Laura Szczepanek and Greg Rosloniec reminisce about the good old days on Grand Rapids Northwest side. They pay tribute to those no longer with us and give special recognition to the great Polka bands of the 60's and 70's. Greg also offers his top reasons for joining the Polish Falcons and passes along information on how you can become a member. It's an hour of great memories and traditions told by two people who enjoyed growing up in West Michigan's famous Polish community.
