In this episode I overcome the fear of darkness and my own mind. The loneliness and quietness of a float tank is what scares me the most. In a float tank you are alone and like the name suggests - floating. In this episode I spend 2.5 hours in a float tank without any external stimuli, sitting there with my thoughts and the lucidity of half-sleep. The combination of being in a dream and a cloud at the same time. Hear my raw emotions going into the float, my reservations and ultimately the post thoughts. Thank you so much to Kaity Tainer for giving me insights to what to prepare for with a float tank and some of the background behind these very cool experience.
