On today's episode I sit down and talk with Rope Dart expert Frank Hatsis. If you're not familiar…rope dart is a martial arts weapon which consists of a short spike attached to the end of a long rope. Its typically swung around and shot off of different parts of their body in a very impressive manner. I learned a little bit of rope dart when I was in high school, it's a great way to improve hand speed, coordination and it can be very rewarding once you learn to get the hang of it. Frank has managed to take the beauty of a super obscure martial arts weapon and is working on sharing its benefits with the world.
