    Oft. Today we got right into a discussion on weight, obesity and it's impact on overall health. In the news: Lizzo has decided to lose some weight... and now is getting fit-shamed. We give our honest, raw perspective on fit shaming, fat shaming, and healthy at any size... There may be one or two disclaimers in the video (that's an understatement there may be 5 to 6 in one sentence), but to be clear here, we have never, and will never condone shaming anyone, whatever the circumstances - at the same time, we're not going to shy away from the facts of medical science when it comes to obesity and those health implications.
