I like to think there is a massive divide between Millennials and Elder Millennials. The ones of us that grew up without the internet! But nonetheless, stereotyped we are! We get called entitled and selfish when it comes to working and how we see the job field. But how could that be a good thing for us? Simply put, we don't settle and we will do what we have to get what we want!
