Warum, wieso, weshalb?

In dieser Folge könnt ihr also hören, was denn eigentlich Slow Travel bedeutet.

You'll leave this episode knowing how to pause, look internally, and make decisions that are in alignment with your truest self REGARDLESS of pure pressure, what's "normal" as a twenty-something-year-old, and judgment from others.Syllabus Steps: AND ALSO THINKING:” I can do this AND ALSO do that.”i.e: “I can decide not to drink tonight AND I can ALSO connect on a deeper level with people and wake up tomorrow morning feeling alive. The Result: i.e. “now I have thee the energy to build sustainable momentum toward my social, personal, or career bank, etc.!”BE SOBER CURIOUS. The more variety of experience you can add into any relationship, the more dynamic and stable the relationship becomes. Did you know that the fear of failure is one of the most common biggest fears that hold people back from living their best life? You aren't alone. In our twenties, I believe it's even easier for us to fear failing or making mistakes because we're trapped in a self-comparison mode. I mean how can we not? We're in the middle of growing into our own identity, discovering what type of career fuels our fire and so much more! So when we see someone else succeed, whether it's one of our peers starting their successful biz in their twenties, or even coming across a Forbes under 30 articles, or browsing LinkedIn and seeing twenty-something entrepreneurs... overwhelming is an understatement. In EP9, we sit down with 23 year old, Sydney Karmes-Wainer, who is the Founder of French Squirrel, a French-inspired good-for-you snacking company. Sydney shares how she was able to jump into the deep end and learn how to swim. Sydney provides insight on how she was able to just start a company without relying on a "perfect plan,” instead she took action and learned along the way. We also learn how Syd was able to safely + smartly create a biz in her early twenties, and how she was able to fully actionize her dreams regardless of imperfection. Tune in for your future self.⚡️Syllabus Steps: Self-discovery. Make time to give back to yourself. Go on a retreat.Manage your content consumption. Own your social network.
