    Finding Alternate Solutions

Play Episode Listen Later Mar 3, 2020 25:59

In this episode I discuss the importance in knowing that it's ok to take an alternate route or path in order to achieve your success, whether it be relationship, finances, career, etc. How you define your level of success is all that matters, but knowing that if you need to re-adjust or reprogram, it is ok to give yourself the permission to do so. Our paths are different from our family, friends, coworkers, and everyone else, so we have to understand and accept just where we are presently and take the necessary steps to achieving the life that we envision for ourselves. In this episode I discuss five key things that has been most helpful for me. 1. Determine what in your life needs improvement. 2. What solutions can you achieve to make it happen. 3. Celebrate the small wins, it'll make the process and journey easier. 4. Be ok and accept where you are currently and understand that it doesn't define your “end." 5. Practice expressing gratitudes and stating affirmations daily to keep you in a place of peace and acceptance and not of stress and worry. What's Your Story?

Hi everyone! Thank you again for joining me for another episode of "Walk And Talk." This episode is a bit different, and more personal to me. I decided to title this episode "What's Your Story?" as it sheds a little light on my personal story. In this episode I discuss: - Growing up in the projects - Being bullied throughout my childhood - Understanding that some of my issues presently is a direct reflection of my experiences as a child. Many times we don't really understand just how much our traumas and experiences from our childhood is directly correlated with some of our behaviors and habits as an adult. The key is not to relive the past, but to use the past as a guide to help peel off the layers of the present to become a better version of yourself in the future. Getting Out Of Your Own Way

Hi everyone! So this is something that has been heavy on my heart for quite sometime now, and I've been very hesitant to do anything like this, mainly because I don't know what to expect. But maybe that's the beauty of doing something like this, or anything in life. No expectations. But when something is constantly weighing on your heart, take it as a sign from the Universe and see where it leads you. Which brings me to the first ever recording, “Getting Out Of Your Own Way!” So many times we find ourselves hindering our own elevation, and this is the season where I choose to follow my curiosity and that voice internally that tells me to take a chance on unexplored territory. This is an accountability lesson for myself, but I also hope that I'm able to connect with at least one individual. If you appreciate this audio, comment, like, share and/or review. There will be more to come in the future, as there's an array of topics I'd like to discuss! Lol Be blessed!
