Hello and welcome to my Weight-loss Wonders Podcast. I have created this podcast to help those that want to lose weight to feel supported and know they are not alone. Many of my clients have told me about the fear they felt about trying yet another diet or weight loss program and yet they knew their weight was seriously affecting their health. So this podcast is a way of helping people take action or get the help they need to change their life. Yes, it really is that dramatic, losing excess weight, that's the weight that does not belong to you will transform your life. It's like becoming or slowly revealing the real you while developing love and acceptance of yourself. Of course, the podcast is also about education and developing healthy habits to help you change your relationship with food but to be honest most people know what they need to do the difficult part is doing it.
