Further exploration of the question, "What IS adult education?" in an effort to define the current status of classes and programs for adults 18 and older. Many K-12 institutions would like to get rid of adult education in an effort to save money, with the rationale that, "Well, we now have community colleges, right? They offer all the classes any adult needs, right?" Well, no, they don't. And no, they are not the same. This podcast is an effort to explain the differences, support adult education in California, and explore the current status of adult ed programs in the San Francisco Bay Area.
