Write Before, and Write After

Inspired by a very funny idea by my niece Stella, and some funny observations about my pet peeves from my friends, I talk about things in writing that "trigger" me and some that just make me incredibly uncomfortable. Today I did something a little different and did three "word sprints" through the day where I wrote as many words as I could in 30 minutes.

For some reason, I was up at four in the morning, so I decided to give you all an inside look at how I tear apart my writing when I edit.

So, after a very promising Write Before yesterday, I didn't get anything done, so I had an extra writing session this morning and did a Write After at lunchtime. In this one, I discuss writing habits and the importance of failure.
