This Week I'm talking to MY PEOPLE-- the Caretakers. I myself was a helper and care taker since about 12 years old. I Maybe you are the care-taking type, and maybe you know a caretaker. Either way, this episode is for YOU! I talk about 5 ways I commonly see caretakers show up in the world. With the best of intentions, we can unconsciously rob ourselves and the other person of a vibrant opportunity by care taking them. I explain why taking care of someone in this way, while well intentioned, is actually harmful to yourself and the other.
