In this study we will take a look at the miracles that Yahweh performed on the Egyptians, when Israel was held in bondage, during this period in Exodus. We will see that those miracles were against the Egyptian deities or gods that they worshipped. Moses was the prototype of the Christ or Messiah. More importantly, the nation of Israel saw Moses as a prototype and the Bible record illustrates that point. Moses said: ‘And Yahweh said unto me, they have well spoken that which they have spoken. I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee, and will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him.' (Deut. 18:17-18,).In this study I continue in chapter 8. Verses 20-32    Fourth Plague     Flies20   And the Lord said unto Moses, rise up early in the morning = Of the day following, the twenty eight of Adar, or February, according to Bishop Usher;and stand before Pharaoh = meet him as he comes along, and stop him, and stand before him as having something to say to himlo, he cometh forth to the water =  the river Nile, either to take his morning's walk, and to refresh himself at the waterside, as the Jerusalem Targum21   let = “eth” Aleph = (ox) strength, strong, power, leaderTav = (cross) sign, covenant seal, mark and crossBy placing the “eth” in front of ‘my people' this locks in the fact that it is truly Yahweh/Yahshua Messiah's Elect! There is no mistake that He wants to deliver His people out of bondage!I will send = ‘shâlach' ‘shaw-lakh'' ‘shin-lamed-chet' ‘Aleph-Tav'Shin = (two front teeth) sharp, press, eat, twolamed – (shepherd staff), teach, yoke, to bindChet = (tent wall) outside, divide, halfAleph = (ox) strength, strong, power, leaderTav = (cross) sign, covenant seal, mark and crossYahweh/Yahshua Messiah is pressing the point to Pharaoh, by not letting My People go We will divide the 2 nations in half and with the ‘shepherds' staff' We will bring upon you the flies.Swarm of flies = the word used is generally thought to signify a "mixture", and is interpreted by many a mixture of various creatures or insectsOf = “eth” Aleph = (ox) strength, strong, power, leader Tav = (cross) sign, covenant seal, mark and crossBy placing the “eth” in front of ‘swarms of flies' this locks in the fact that it is truly Yahweh/Yahshua Messiah's performing these miracles! There is no mistake that He wants to deliver His people out of bondage!I read from Thomas Horns book ‘The Gods'I talk about the Bohemin Grove and their ritual22   sever = “paw-law” A primitive root; to distinguish (literally or figuratively): - put a difference, show marvelous, separate, set apart, sever, make wonderfully. Day = ‘yôm' ‘yome' ‘yod-vav-mem' ‘Aleph-Tav'Yod = (arm and closed hand) work, throw, worshipvav = (tent peg) add, secure, hookMem = (water) chaos, blood, mightyAleph = (ox) strength, strong, power, leaderTav = (cross) sign, covenant seal, mark and crossThe Hebrew letter for ‘yod' is a picture of a hand representing work, the Hebrew letter for ‘mem' is a picture of water. Combined these mean "working water". The sea or other large body of water is the place of storms and heavy surf. Back in verse 20, we read that Pharaoh visits the Nile river to worship his gods. By adding ‘Aleph-Tav' Pharaoh will see a greater storm, that even his gods cannot prevent!Have any questions? Feel free to email me keitner2024@outlook.com

Well, well, look who's back. A surprisingly resilient little group, returning for the third part of our conversation about the 2020 propaganda spectacular, “My People, My Homeland." If you haven't listened to the first two parts, I relatively politely suggest you go do that. Otherwise, you're just walking into Act Three of a very confusing play with absolutely no snacks." International relations are still... lets call them... delicate. But here we are—carrying on; one awkward subtitle at a time." As always, we'll be employing both spoilers and profanity with all the grace of a malfunctioning fax machine. If that's not your thing, tap 'stop' before the music ends; lest your sensibilities be f@#d with. And of course, in keeping with our recent tradition: ‘hello,' ‘howdy,' and ‘Nǐ hǎo' to the fine folks in foreign and domestic intelligence that are monitoring this podcast. You've been with us through so much. We feel... watched. In a good way. Next week, we're switching gears a bit, so consider this your heads-up. Change is coming. Again.

Welcome back to BS Reactor. This is the second part of our conversation about the 2020 propaganda movie “My People, My Homeland”. Listen to part one so this makes sense. To cover all bases again... yes, we're recording from the United States in the year 2025 and it's particularly messy here right now in terms for international relations.  If you want a timely and cogent analysis of any part of the conflict you are listening to the wrong podcast. If, instead, you want to hear fart jokes and unhinged thoughts from nerds... congrats you found us. As always we'll be using spoilers and profanity to get our points across.    As per the last podcast intro... “hello”, “howdy”, and “Nǐ hǎo“... feel free to like and subscribe. Welcome back to BS Reactor. Were we get our friends to talk about stuff we could't get other people in our lives to chat with us about. There's going to be profanity and spoilers here so if you're not into that sort of thing; beware. This week we're starting our chat about the 2020 Chinese Propaganda film “My People My Homeland”. Yes the humans know it's probably deranged to start a conversation about this film inside the USA right now, where political tensions (both internal and external) are at historic levels. However, we're not the sort of podcast that pulls punches; and the humans here are in fact a little deranged. So “hello”, “howdy”, and “Nǐ hǎo “ to the members of the CIA, FBI, and CCP that are listening in for their day job. Hope you get a few laughs.  And as always thanks for listening we appreciate you.   https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/My_People,_My_Homeland https://BSReactor.com https://soundcloud.com/bsreactor

The goal is not political change or national healing—it is the glory of God among His people. I'm back. I've been in hibernation for the last couple of months, basically paralyzed by what can only be described as a rapid descent into authoritarian hell. So, today's podcast is brought to you by the letter "T" for "terrorism". The government is going to great lengths to brand anyone who dares question the authority of the POWERS THAT BE, a domestic terrorist. So, in today's Set For Sentencing, we talk about three cases where the terror label is applied and the potential or actual consequences.   Of course, I'm back in action with the incomparable Mark Allenbaugh.   IN THIS EPISODE:  Breaking down the “Tesla” indictement against Frederick Cooper Delving into the terror element of the Luigi Mangioni case, where AG Bondi just announced the govt. is seeking death. A massive injustice in North Dakota where the government and judge abused a domestic terrorism provision in the guidelines as a show of cruelty against a 50 year old autistic man, sentencing him to 25 years in prison. If you want to know more about Cameron Smith's Case, here is an article in the New York Times.  If you'd like to support his defense in any way, reach out to me (doug@dougpassonlaw.com).  His appeal is pending, and we will not abandon this fight. https://www.nytimes.com/2025/03/11/us/north-south-dakota-energy-facility-attacks.html?unlocked_article_code=1.3U4.1nqZ.WXyt8a1LAAns&smid=url-share ON A LIGHTER NOTE: I'm back on the tequila train.  If you've listened to previous episodes, many involve a tequila tie-in and recommendation for a great sip.  It helps the medicine (of authoritarianism) go down. Today I had my choice of two:  Tequila Chamucos (i.e. “Diablo Blanco”) and Mijenta Blanco Maestra Secltion No. 1 Tequila.  Mijenta was the clear winner both in flavor and in theme. Mijenta, in Spanish is derived from “Mi Gente” which means “My People.”    This particular expression was made from agave grown from seeds, not clones.  Mijenta Tequila https://mijenta-tequila.com/ And if you take away nothing from the events of the day is that this great American experiment of ours is meant to be “by the people and for the people” and at the end of the day, the people have the power.  It's time to fight, by all peaceful means necessary, the rapid slide into authoritarian rule.   We have to plant the seeds of resistance and let them grow, unafraid, and undaunted.

Ho 2:1–15.1 “Say to your brother, My People, and to your sister, Shown Mercy, 2  ‘Contend against your mother, contend! Because she is not my wife, and I am not her husband. And I will remove her fornication from my face, and her adultery from the middle of her breasts, 3  in order that I might strip her naked and restore her just as on the day of her birth. And I will make her a wilderness, and I will appoint her like dry land, and I will kill her with thirst. 4  And I will not show mercy to her children, because they are children of fornication. 5  Because their mother committed fornication; she who bore them was disgracing herself. Because she said, “I will go after my lovers, who are giving me my bread and my water and my clothes and my linens and my olive oil and all things, as many as belong to me.” 6  On account of this, look, I will hedge her way with thorns, and I will wall up roads, and she will not find her path. 7  And she will closely pursue her lovers and not take hold of them. And she will seek them and not find them. And she will say, “I will go and return to my former husband, because it was well with me then rather than now.” 8  And she did not know that I gave her the grain and the wine and the olive oil, and I multiplied money for her, but she made silver and gold for Baal. 9  Because of this, I will return and gather in my grain at its time and my wine in its season, and I will remove my clothes and my linens, so that she might not cover her shame. 10  And now, I will uncover her impurity before her lovers, and no one will ever deliver her from out of my hand. 11  And I will turn away all her festivities, her holidays and her new moons and her Sabbaths and all her holy days. 12  And I will destroy her vineyard and her fig trees, about which she said, “These are my wages, which my lovers have given me.” And I will make them into a witness, and the wild beasts of the field and the birds of the heavens and the reptiles of the earth will devour them. 13  And I will take vengeance upon her for the days of the Baals, on which she used to sacrifice to them, and put on her earrings and her necklaces, and go after her lovers, but forgot me,' says the Lord. 14  ‘Because of this, behold, I will mislead her, and I will make her like a wilderness, and I will speak to her heart. 15  And I will give her her plots of land from that place and the valley of Achor, to open her understanding. And she will be made low there like in the days of her childhood, and like in the days of her ascent out of the land of Egypt.' ” Rick Brannan, Ken M. My Land and My People. Memoirs of His Holiness The Dalai Lama (Chapter5: Part4) "My Land and My People" tells the story of the Dalai Lama's life, as well providing a history of the shocking subjugation of the Tibetan people by the Chinese government. Rather than being an angry indictment, however, the book instead issues a gentle appeal for understanding and peace. Schooled behind ancient palace walls to become the leader of Tibet, the Dalai Lama has become a spiritual leader to the world and a leading civil rights advocate. My Land and My People tells the story of his life. In the Himalayan City of Lhasa, the four-year-old son of a humble farmer sat on a huge, gilded throne. His childhood would be unimaginable in both its isolation and a people's adoration. His destiny would be one of immense tragedy and the awesome transformation of a man. Written by the Dalai Lama as a young man in exile, this dignified testament re-creates the miraculous search that identified him as the reincarnated leader of his country. It paints a rare intimate portrait of Tibetan Buddhism-a way of life that would end with a terrifying foreign invasion surpassing sanity and reason. And it reveals the evolution of a man from a gentle monk to a world leader-one struggling to this day to free his country... one able to touch our hearts with the goodness that makes him on of the most beloved men of our time. He was once a small boy was chosen to rule the most mysterious land on Earth. Now the Dalai Lama tells his, and his country's, poignant story.

In this episode, Rob continues his discussion of the book of Revelation with Wes Howard-Brook. Wes' understanding of what Revelation means for the people of God today may well be the most refined and provocative. This is one interview you won't want to miss, and you will likely need to replay several times as you process the implications for the book of Revelation today.  Wes Howard-Brook has been teaching, writing and living at the intersection of church, academy and the world since 1988. After a career as an attorney for the US federal government and Washington state governments, Wes left law practice in 1985 to earn a Master of Divinity degree at Seattle University. During the late 1980s and early 1990s, he was part of Galilee Circle, an ecumenical Christian small community, which sought to live the radical Word of the Gospel in both personal and public ways, including a series of nonviolent direct actions at various private and public places of warmaking and imperial violence. He taught Bible and theology at Seattle University from 2003-2021. Now retired, Wes continues his Scripture work via a YouTube channel, Radical Bible.  He has written, co-written or co-edited seven books, including two on the Gospel of John: Becoming Children of God: John's Gospel and Radical Discipleship and John's Gospel and the Renewal of the Church.  He is co-author of Unveiling Empire: Reading Revelation Then and Now. Wes' recent project is the two-volumes “Come Out, My People!:” God's Call Out of Empire In the Bible and Beyond. and Empire Baptized: How “Christianity” Embraced What Jesus Rejected, 2nd-5th Centuries. He has also written for numerous publications, including Sojourners, The Other Side, Tikkun Daily, and several Catholic Worker newspapers.  Please "follow" this podcast and give a review on iTunes, Spotify, or wherever you get your podcasts. Your review will go a long way toward helping others find this podcast. Then share it with others so that we can get the word of the Gospel of the Kingdom to more people!
