    The power of something called “Grounding” (Get Barefoot)

    Grounding or Earthing as it’s mostly called, refers to the practice of basically just being barefoot in nature, and not just barefoot, but any skin contact with a natural surface (dirt, sand, grass that’s preferably had no contact with chemicals of any kind) We’ve closed ourselves off to the healing power of nature, and practices like this can benefit us greatly.
