Becca Tarnas, assistant professor at the California Institute of Integral Studies, joins to discuss her doctoral research into the parallels between Carl Jung's Red Book and J.R.R. Tolkien's lesser-known visionary writings. The central claim: working independently, both men produced strikingly similar imagery, timing, and figures — Jung's Philemon and Tolkien's Gandalf, the Eye of the Evil One and the Eye of Sauron — while each insisted their material felt discovered rather than invented. From there the conversation moves through active imagination, the reality of archetypes, psyche versus mind, and the line between mystical insight and psychosis — a wide-ranging look at where imagination ends and reality begins. Everyone is talking about nervous system regulation.Deep breathing.Cold plunges.Vagus nerve exercises.Grounding practices. And while those tools can be incredibly helpful, what if they're only part of the picture? In this episode, Janell explores one of the biggest misconceptions in the nervous system conversation: regulation is not the same as healing. She explains why so many women continue repeating the same patterns—even after trying all the recommended techniques—and introduces the deeper concepts of awareness, resilience, and capacity. You'll learn why your nervous system prefers what's familiar over what's healthy, how chronic patterns like people pleasing, procrastination, and overworking develop, and why lasting change requires more than simply calming your body.If you've ever felt like you're doing all the "right" things but still feel stuck, this episode will help you understand what may actually be missing.

Do this before bed to calm your nervous system, support your vagus nerve, and drift into deep, healing sleep. This gentle vagus nerve reset meditation is designed to help you shift from fight-or-flight into rest-and-digest using slow breathing, soft sighs, self-compassion, and a tender full-body scan. You're invited to arrive exactly as you are—busy-minded, tired, or tender-hearted—and be reminded again and again: you are safe, you are held, you are okay as you are. In this sleep meditation you will: - Use slow, rhythmic breathing and soft sighs to send a message of safety through your whole system - Explore a somatic hug and soothing (or imagined) self-touch to gently tone the vagus nerve - Experience a warm, tender body scan with visualization, from the crown of the head all the way to sleepy toes - Ground into three points of support beneath you and feel fully held and supported - Practice kindness, acceptance, and letting go of attachment and expectations - Rest into healing affirmations such as: - I am safe to rest - My body is heard - My body's natural healing is active now - rest deeply now This practice is ideal as a bedtime meditation, sleep hypnosis style relaxation, or a nervous system reset at the end of a long day. Listen lying down or seated, let the ground meet you where you are, and allow your body to remember how to rest, repair, and heal. If your mind wanders, that's perfectly okay. Thoughts can simply float by—like leaves on a slow stream—as you are gently guided back to your breath, your body, and the steady support beneath you.

The Power of Yieldedness: Living in Step with the Holy Spirit In this message, Pastor Stephen Wakefield challenges believers to look beyond Sunday morning services and live a life continuously responsive to the Holy Spirit. Emphasizing that everyday ministry isn't reserved solely for church leaders, he outlines how ordinary, daily obedience creates space for extraordinary divine encounters. True, fulfilling Christian living flows directly from a heart that is aligned with, sensitive to, and yielded to God's presence in every moment. Key Scripture Points & Takeaways The Foundation of Love and Obedience Scripture: John 14:15, Matthew 22:37–39 True obedience isn't about rigid legalism; it is a natural love response to God. Our primary purpose is to know Him, be loved by Him, and love Him in return—out of which all ministry flows. Jesus as the Ultimate Model of Yieldedness Scripture: Philippians 2:5–11, John 5:19 Even Jesus operated in complete submission to the Father, doing only what He saw the Father doing. His ultimate obedience—even unto death on a cross—led to His elevation, setting the standard for how believers should follow His lead. 4 Practical Ways to Yield to the Holy Spirit Be Filled with the Spirit Scripture: Acts 1:4–8 Beyond an initial baptism, staying continuously filled with the Holy Spirit is vital. We cannot guide others into the Kingdom without intimately knowing the King ourselves. Be Filled with the Word Scripture: Psalm 119:105 God's Word trains our spiritual senses. Grounding ourselves in Scripture provides the divine filter necessary to discern God's voice and test spontaneous impressions against His character. Stay Ready at All Times Scripture: 1 Peter 3:15 Real-life ministry and miracles rarely happen on a planned schedule. Believers must cultivate a posture of constant readiness—whether in a church setting, at work, or during late-night errands. Make Obedience in the Mundane a Habit Scripture: Luke 16:10, Matthew 25:21 Faithfulness in the small, everyday moments (serving family, showing patience, acting on quick godly thoughts) trains us for larger assignments. Yieldedness in spontaneous, miraculous moments is deeply rooted in our daily obedience in the quiet ones. "Thanks for listening! For more information, visit churchoftheharvest.com. Most subjects of a recent study who slept on pads connected to the ground, as part of an earthing protocol, gained significant relief from arthritis, asthma, PMS, sleep apnea and hypertension. We're a generation that's uniquely separated from the Earth. We spend much of our lives in cars, we live in high-rises, and spend the majority of our days working indoors. Why does this matter? Because we're electric beings who actually need the negative ions from standing in the ground, the ocean and even on rocks to support our health outcomes. In this episode Doctor Chris Motley explains why we need negative ions from the ground, the dirt and the sea to help our bodies ward off illness, why this health trend is actually an ancient (and free!) form of medicine, and the two most important things to keep in mind if you're shopping grounding mats. Whether you're a skeptic or a true believer, try sinking your bare feet in the ground at some point during your week. It's easy, free and it can't hurt to get the benefits of spending time outdoors. In this episode you'll learn: You don't need to buy anything to practice grounding. This is a free and easy protocol that every human being has access to. How our bodies follow electrical patterns (even as embryos!) which is why we need negatively charged ions from the earth that support our health. Negative ions in the body help energize our mitochondria and detoxify our bodies. What the research on grounding has found and what it hasn't. The benefits of grounding and earthing for your nervous system. How PEMF mats support your blood flow. How the earth has proven frequencies like the Schumann Resonance that lower blood pressure and encourage parasympathetic tone. How to avoid parasites while sinking your feet into the dirt. If grounding pads and mats are worth it and two of the most important things to keep an eye out for when shopping for them. How the modern idea of grounding actually taps into the ancient Chinese Medicine tradition of rooting in Qigong. The kidney points responsible for pulling those electric charges up through your body. Pastor Matt returns to the pulpit to close out a 16-week journey through the Book of Acts, reminding the congregation that Acts is not simply a history of the apostles, but a living account of what the risen Lord Jesus continues to do through ordinary, Spirit-filled people. The big idea of the message is clear: the mission of Jesus is unstoppable, and now it's our turn. Drawing from Acts 27–28, Pastor Matt walks through three lessons — the mission cannot be stopped by storms, faith looks forward even when the future is uncertain, and the gospel keeps moving forward — showing how every apparent setback in Acts became an opportunity for gospel advancement. A central theme of the message is the nature of Biblical faith. Pastor Matt points to Paul's courage in the middle of a violent Mediterranean storm, noting that Paul's confidence wasn't in the ship, the captain, or the weather — it was in God. Referencing Proverbs 3:5-6, Pastor Matt reminds the congregation that faith has never required perfect understanding, but it always requires trusting a perfect God. He challenges the church with a simple but convicting truth: faith doesn't remove uncertainty, but it changes how we walk through it. Pastor Matt closes by connecting the Book of Acts to Hope Church's own future, introducing Vision 2028 — a plan to launch a new gospel work in the DFW area by the church's 50th anniversary. Grounding the call in Deuteronomy 6:4-9 and the warning of Judges 2, he reminds the congregation that every generation decides whether the gospel advances through them or stops with them. He invites the church to pray boldly, live on mission right where they are, and trust that the same God who was sovereign over Paul's storm is sovereign over theirs.

Do you ever walk out of a room feeling completely drained or heavier than when you walked in? If you are an empath or a highly sensitive person (HSP), you aren't just hearing people—you are absorbing their emotional weather. Cold Intro"Do you ever leave a room feeling heavier than when you walked in? Like you've just absorbed someone else's negative energy without even realising it? I am the climate I choose to create. 3 Daily Caring TipsTake these practical tools with you into the weeks and months ahead to protect your peace: Breathe Before You Enter: Before walking into a meeting, a room, or a tough conversation, take three mindful breaths and visualize your protective aura growing stronger. Let Storms Pass Through: Remember that you are human, not a weather system. If someone else's mood touches you, give it gentle permission to pass right on by. Welcome to another hard-hitting broadcast of Hardcore Christianity on KXXT Christian Radio, hosted by professional counselor Brother Mike from the Arizona Deliverance Center in downtown Phoenix. In this "Filthy Fridays" edition, Brother Mike addresses the modern rise of self-proclaimed apostles and prophets. Grounding his arguments in scripture, he outlines the biblical standards for testing prophecy and examines how the modern prophetic movement often misleads believers with generic promises rather than absolute truth. Dive in to discover how to identify false spiritual fruit, test spiritual claims, and remain anchored in the authentic Word of God. Key Takeaways: The Rise of Marketing-Driven Titles: Why many modern claims of apostleship and prophetic status act as marketing tools rather than genuine callings from God. The Biblical Standard for Prophetic Truth: Exploring the warning from Jeremiah and Matthew's criteria for testing prophets by their spiritual fruits (Matthew 7:15-16). If a prediction fails to come to pass, the prophet is scripturally recognized as false. Supernatural Deception at the End of the Age: Understanding why Jesus warns that end-times false prophets will show real signs and wonders—using actual demonic and satanic power to seduce even the elect (Mark 13:22). The Case of Kenya’s David Owuor: A direct look at how David Owuor's December 2025 prophecy over Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro failed within weeks after a January 2026 U.S. military operation resulted in Maduro's arrest. The Demonic Trap of "Good Words": A strong warning against seeking prophets who only speak flattering, comfortable words rather than delivering difficult biblical truths. Featured Bible Passages: Jeremiah 14:14 – "The prophets prophesy lies in my name..." Matthew 7:15-16 – Beware of false prophets in sheep's clothing. Matthew 24:11-12 – False prophets rising in the end times as iniquity abounds. Mark 13:22 – False Christs and false prophets showing signs and wonders. Luke 6:26 – Woe unto you when all men speak well of you. 2 Peter 2:1 – False teachers privately bringing in damnable heresies. 1 John 4:1 – Believers are commanded to test the spirits to see if they are of God. Some of the greatest stories of believers down through time have involved those who really studied God's Word. These people have gone before us to show us the way. From Charles Spurgeon to a missionary mother in China, daily study of the Word and prayer prepared them to mentor entire generations.Proverbs 27:17 says, “As iron sharpens iron, one man sharpens another.”We also read in Romans 10 that faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God. We have to do it, so that others know how. Remember, there is no substitute for spending time in God's Word.In order to properly train an apprentice, you need to obviously be prepared and adept. Anything less leads to weak faith, or no faith at all. This is what the Great Commission, sharing the Gospel, has always been about. Duplicating disciples. It's awareness, thoughtful decision-making, and finding an approach that works for your family.#330 | Sleep Like a Baby: The Impact of Melatonin, Blue Light, and Sunrise with DreamWalkerzDreamwalkerzDreamwalkerz.ai PromoCode: Downtobirth1Primal HackersSend us Fan MailSupport the showAccess our workshops: Have a Physiologic Birth in the Hospital and Ultrasound: The Research vs RhetoricNeeded

Data challenges with AI: Omissions, bloated problem lists and unnecessary token burn

Faces of Digital Health

Hallucination is not the biggest risk in clinical AI. Omission is — and it is far harder to detect. John Laursen, SVP at IMO Health, has spent his career on the layer of healthcare AI that gets the least attention: clinical terminology and the semantic data infrastructure underneath every model deployed in a hospital. IMO Health's terminology has been built and curated since 1994 and now sits behind roughly 12 billion terminology search transactions a year across US provider organisations and every major EHR. In this interview with Tjaša Zajc, Laursen makes the case that structured data was necessary but is no longer sufficient. AI reasoning across a thirty-year patient chart needs semantic continuity — an understanding that clinical language recorded in the 1990s and language recorded today can mean the same thing. Without it, health systems are investing in models that cannot reliably interpret their own records. The conversation also covers what happens when ambient AI scribes get it wrong, why accumulated clinical data has become a computational cost rather than an asset, and why clinician trust is the constraint that determines how fast clinical AI can move. Guest: John Laursen — Senior Vice President, IMO Health (Chicago, US) Host: Tjaša Zajc — Faces of Digital Health What the conversation covers: - Why omissions, not hallucinations, are the underrated risk in clinical AI - What a semantic layer does that structured data alone cannot - How clinical terminology maps to SNOMED CT and ICD-10 — and why those code sets were built for different purposes - Ambient AI scribes: what happens when a model mishears or over-infers a diagnosis - The billing and clinical consequences of an error entering the patient record - Why problem lists hundreds of entries long now cost money in token burn - Patient-generated and AI-generated content entering the EHR, and why health systems resist it - Translating lay language into clinical terminology without losing specificity - Ambient documentation, billing intensity and friction with payers - How data quality expectations differ between the US, the NHS, the Gulf states and Singapore - Who governs clinical data as coding complexity increases - Why AI performance breaks down on rare disease and the difficult 20% of cases - Knowledge graphs as a grounding source for clinical AI models - What health systems should require from AI vendors before clinical deployment Chapters: 02:20 Why the data layer decides what clinical AI can do 03:27 Inside IMO Health: 12 billion terminology searches a year 05:36 Keeping terminology current: SNOMED, ICD-10 and clinical governance 07:35 The semantic bridge: why structured data alone is not enough 10:17 Patient language versus clinical language in the record 12:23 When an ambient scribe mishears: clinical and billing consequences 14:53 Omissions, bloated problem lists and unnecessary token burn 19:12 Outside the US: the NHS, the Gulf, Singapore and coding complexity 20:46 Who governs clinical data as complexity increases 23:35 Patient-side AI recorders and resistance to external data 26:08 Ambient documentation, billing intensity and payer friction 29:21 The last 20%: rare disease, model limits and AI governance 33:38 Grounding, clinician trust and the cost of misfiring Faces of Digital Health: Website: https://www.facesofdigitalhealth.com Newsletter: https://fodh.substack.com Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/4cElKJHrauyP6QJQaCkvdY Apple Podcasts: https://podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/faces-of-digital-health/id1194284040 LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/faces-of-digital-health #digitalhealth #healthcareAI #clinicalinformatics #EHR #ambientAI #interoperability #healthdata #SNOMED #healthIT #medicalcoding

I Can't Let This Go - A Guided Meditation to Release Negative Anchors

Calming Anxiety

If there is a painful memory, an old grudge, or a person you keep replaying in your mind, today is your day to let go of what no longer serves you. Releasing the past isn't about pretending it didn't happen; it's about freeing yourself from the heavy baggage that weighs you down so you can carry less and breathe more. In this episode of Calming Anxiety, clinical hypnotherapist and former frontline paramedic Martin Hewlett guides you through a powerful 10-minute somatic release practice. You will discover how the body physically stores the tension of old emotional hurts and learn how to consciously loosen your grip on these negative anchors. Whether you are carrying a recent disappointment or a long-held injustice, this gentle guided meditation will help you break free from old stories, process past pain without judgment, and reclaim the peace that belongs to you in the present moment. Time Chapters00:00 – Letting Go of What No Longer Serves You 00:33 – Welcome to Calming Anxiety with Martin Hewlett 01:16 – Identifying Your Negative Anchors 01:43 – Somatic Breathing: Relaxing and Letting Go 02:02 – How the Body Holds Stress and Emotional Trauma 03:01 – Visualization: Lightening the Weight of Old Hurts 04:08 – Guided Affirmations for Deep Emotional Release 07:02 – 3 Daily Caring Tips for Moving Beyond the Past 08:25 – Grounding and Returning Awareness to the Room 08:46 – Martin's Personal Journey: Training the Mind to Find the Light 09:52 – Outro: Becoming Your Own Beacon of Hope AffirmationsRepeat these words silently or softly out loud to loosen the grip of old emotional ties: "I release what no longer serves me." "I am not anchored to my past pain." "I let go of the crutches and the fears that weigh me down." "I am free to grow beyond old stories." "I choose peace over the weight I've been carrying." 3 Daily Caring TipsName the Anchor: You cannot release what you haven't consciously identified. Take a moment today to specifically name one grudge, old story, or hurt you are ready to put down; naming it out loud immediately strips away some of its power. The Release Ritual: Physically write down the thing that is weighing you down in just one sentence. Fold the paper up or place it in a drawer to send a physical signal to your nervous system that it is safe to stop holding on. Loosen the Grip: Real emotional release rarely happens all at once, and that is perfectly okay. When the old thought or memory returns today, don't fight it—simply focus on holding it a little more loosely than you did yesterday. OutroLetting go of trauma and old injustices can be one of the hardest things we ever achieve, but please remember that whatever you are going through right now, there is always light and there is always hope. If this 10-minute sanctuary helped lighten your emotional load today, please consider sharing this episode with someone in your life who might be quietly carrying their own heavy anchors. You might be the beacon of hope they need to finally breathe easier. Thank you so much for putting your faith, trust, and time into this practice. Practice positivity when you see your reflection, smile often, and in every thought, word, and deed—be kind.

If checking your bank balance leaves you with a tight knot in your chest, or if paying the monthly bills feels like a battle you can't win, this episode is your sanctuary. Financial anxiety is not a personal failure; it is a natural response from an overwhelmed nervous system reacting to a perceived threat. In this episode of Calming Anxiety, clinical hypnotherapist and former paramedic Martin guides you through a powerful 10-minute somatic relaxation practice. You will learn how to settle your nervous system, untangle your self-worth from a number on a screen, and quiet the mental overwhelm of money worries. Discover how to soften the physical tension of stress, find stillness between your breaths, and take back control of your peace of mind—one small, manageable step at a time. Episode Chapters00:00 – Understanding Financial Anxiety as a Nervous System Response 00:41 – Welcome to Calming Anxiety with Martin 01:14 – Somatic Breathing Exercise for Panic and Stress Relief 02:17 – Releasing the Weight of Money Worries 02:41 – Finding Stillness: The Nervous System Reset 03:46 – Guided Visualisation & Positive Affirmations for Abundance 07:26 – 3 Daily Caring Tips for Managing Financial Stress 08:49 – Bringing Awareness Back & Grounding 09:20 – Outro, Sharing the Sanctuary & Closing Thoughts Episode AffirmationsRepeat these words silently in your mind or softly out loud during the practice to let them settle as truth: "My bank balance is a number, it is not a measure of my worth." "I am capable of handling my finances one small step at a time." "This worry is a feeling passing through me, it is not a forecast of my future." "I release the need to solve everything about money right now in this exact moment." "I am safe in this moment, even while my finances are still being figured out." 3 Daily Caring TipsThe One-Look Rule: Avoid compulsively refreshing your banking apps, which only feeds the anxious loop. Choose one intentional moment today to check your balance, close the app, and let it be enough until tomorrow. Separate the Maths from the Meaning: A fluctuating number is just data. Notice when your anxious mind starts spinning stories around that data—such as feelings of being "behind" or "not enough." The One-Step Rule: You don't need to fix your entire financial future today. Take just one small, completed action: open one envelope, write down one expense, or send one message to quiet the overwhelm. Social Media Outro & ShareIf financial anxiety is sitting heavily on your shoulders today, please know that you are not alone. If this 10-minute sanctuary helped you breathe a little easier, please consider sharing this episode with a friend, loved one, or colleague who might be quietly carrying the exact same weight. You could be the reason someone else finds their peace today. Thank you for your continued faith and trust in my work. Don't bury your head in the sand—one small step is all it takes. Be positive, smile often, and above all, be kind.

In this episode, I'm going to say something that might challenge what you've been taught in the healing space: Most nervous system tools don't actually heal you.Breathwork. Tapping. Grounding techniques. They've become the go-to solutions for regulation. But if you're still getting triggered…still repeating the same emotional patterns…still feeling like you have to “manage” yourself…Then something deeper is being missed. The Problem With Most Nervous System ToolsA lot of what's being taught right now focuses on:Calming the bodyRegulating in the momentManaging emotional reactionsAnd while that can feel helpful, it doesn't create lasting change. Because these tools only come in after the trigger is already activated. They don't address:Why the trigger existsWhere the emotional pattern came fromThe belief driving the reactionSo you stay in a loop of: trigger → tool → temporary relief → repeatWhy Other Approaches Keep You StuckThis is why people:Stay in therapy for yearsKeep using the same techniquesStill feel triggered despite “doing the work”Because they're being taught how to cope, not how to resolve. And when something isn't resolved, you have to keep managing it forever. What Actually Works (My Approach)My work is different.Instead of managing the nervous system, I go to the root of what's dysregulating it in the first place. That means:Identifying the original beliefRevisiting the emotional imprintChanging the meaning of the experienceRewiring the pattern at its sourceWhen I change the belief and the emotion attached to it, the trigger disappears. Not managed. Not controlled. Gone. Why This Creates Real, Lasting ChangeWhen you do this deeper work:You don't need tools to calm downYou don't get triggered in the same wayYou stop repeating the same emotional cyclesBecause you've removed the root cause. And when the root is gone, there's nothing left to regulate.A Personal ExampleI share my experience growing up with fear and strict conditioning that shaped my beliefs about men and relationships. Those beliefs followed me into adulthood until I went back and changed them. Not by breathing through the trigger but by transforming the belief that created it.That's when everything shifted. This Work Requires More — But Gives MoreThis isn't a quick fix.It requires:HonestyVulnerabilityWillingness to revisit discomfortBut the result is something most tools can't give you: Freedom from the pattern — not temporary relief from it.Download my free guide, Calm the Craving: 7 Steps to Break Emotional and Binge Eating, and finally end the cycle of out-of-control eating: www.sherryshaban.comWork With Sherry Shaban:Book your FREE 30-minute Food Freedom Call and start your journey to lasting change! www.sherryshabanfitness.com/clarityListen & SubscribeCatch more episodes at www.makepeacewithfood.com/podcast or subscribe on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, or YouTube so you never miss an episode!Connect & Go DeeperJoin our Facebook Community: www.myfoodfreedomlifestyle.comWork with Sherry: www.sherryshaban.com/transformExplore more resources: www.makepeacewithfood.comShare Your TakeawayTag us on Instagram (@makepeacewithfoodofficial), Facebook (@MakePeaceWithFoodOfficial), TikTok (@sherryshaban), or LinkedIn (sherryshaban) and share your biggest insight from this episode!

Since the 1990s, technologists have promoted a vision of the “cloud” as a shapeless and intangible entity. Grounding the Cloud: Urbanism in the Shadow of Data (University of Minnesota Press, 2026) by Dr. Ali Fard peers through this hazy façade to reveal the earthly material foundations of global computing and data extraction. Tracing the historical and technological development of the cloud computing paradigm, Dr. Fard exposes an ever-evolving project in which ideologies, economic models, and marketing images collude to shape our shared urban environments. Demonstrating how technology's spatial footprint now stretches to nearly every corner of the globe, Grounding the Cloud analyzes the often-hidden infrastructures that facilitate platform capitalism—from the mines extracting rare earth minerals in remote regions to the vast global network of fiber-optic cables at the bottom of the oceans to the nondescript data centers that sit on the peripheries of major urban areas. Meanwhile, with compelling examples of smart-city initiatives and corporate campuses, Dr. Fard shows how the future of urbanism is deeply intertwined with the growing economies of data extraction. Breaking down the myth of a clean and efficient tech urbanism, this book makes visible the complex material geographies and geopolitics that undergird today's most powerful and omnipresent corporations. A timely critique of the growing agency of tech platforms in determining the future of urban space, Grounding the Cloud offers an essential framework for understanding the shifting relationship between technology and urbanization. This interview was conducted by Dr. Miranda Melcher whose book focuses on post-conflict military integration, understanding treaty negotiation and implementation in civil war contexts, with qualitative analysis of the Angolan and Mozambican civil wars. Near-Infrared Light Therapy & EMF Shielding with SaunaSpace Founder Brian Richards Your mitochondria are starving for a nutrient you've probably never tracked, and it's not a vitamin or a macro. This episode reveals how a forgotten 1910 therapy uses light to physically restructure water inside your cells, unlocking a mechanism for healing, detox, and mitochondria repair that most of biohacking has completely overlooked. Go to https://sauna.space/ and use code ‘Dave' for a 15% discount! Host Dave Asprey sits down with Brian Richards, founder of SaunaSpace and a leading voice in incandescent light therapy and infrared sauna engineering. With a background in chemistry and organic synthesis, Brian spent over a decade building a science-backed alternative to LED-based light therapy rooted in full-spectrum incandescent light and deep radiant heat. After healing his own insomnia, adrenal fatigue, and brain fog through light and heat exposure, he developed the FireLight Spectrum, a technology engineered to restore what modern lighting strips away. Dave and Brian trace incandescent light therapy back to Dr. John Harvey Kellogg's 1910 book on light therapeutics, and explain why the same institutional forces that suppressed chiropractic care and natural medicine buried this practice for over a century. They break down how near-infrared light penetrates the body to charge water into a more bioavailable state, boost glutathione and melatonin production, and repolarize cellular voltage for better metabolism and longevity. The conversation also covers why blue light from LEDs devastates hormones, testosterone, and fertility, how EMF exposure silently drains human performance, and why grounding and Faraday shielding matter more than most supplements on the market. You'll Learn: Why near-infrared light functions as an essential nutrient your body cannot make without it How light physically restructures water to improve mitochondria function and cellular energy The suppressed history of Dr. Kellogg's incandescent light therapy and why it disappeared How blue light exposure crashes testosterone and disrupts fertility and hormone regulation Why EMF shielding and grounding are critical, overlooked tools for longevity and recovery How to use infrared light like a daily supplement instead of an occasional treatment Why carnivore-adjacent, nutrient-dense eating pairs naturally with light and heat therapy Thank you to our sponsors! - ELITE Performance Coaching | If you'd like to discover where you may be addicted to struggle, allergic to success, and what may be standing between you and your next breakthrough, visit FastestChange.com - Longevity Farms | Go to getlongevityfarms.shop.
