Twist, Focus & Recovery Flow — Complete PracticeA steady complete practice that began with scattered energy and gradually found its center through breath, attention, and movement. This class builds challenge through twisting sequences, standing strength, and balance work while maintaining a grounded, forgiving atmosphere throughout. There's a subtle theme of returning and reconnecting running through the flow. Rather than fighting distraction or forcing focus, the practice allows attention to settle naturally over time, creating a class that feels more integrated and cohesive by the end than it does at the beginning. The result is a flow that balances challenge with patience, proving that a practice doesn't have to start perfectly to become something meaningful.New class every Tuesday. 350+ full classes in the Unlimited Archive at JustGreatYoga.com

Thursday May 28, 2026Week after PentecostToday's episode reminds us that God is gathering His people, grounding them in truth, and strengthening them to endure opposition. In **Ezekiel 37:21–28**, God promises to restore and reunite His scattered people under one shepherd and one covenant of peace. No longer divided or defiled, they will dwell securely with God's presence among them forever. It's a powerful vision of restoration, unity, and the faithful reign of the coming King.In **1 John 2:18–29**, believers are warned about deception and false teaching in the last days. John encourages the church to remain rooted in the truth they received from the beginning and to abide in Christ. Those who truly belong to Him will persevere in faith and walk in righteousness, guided by the Spirit's anointing and discernment. Finally, in **Matthew 10:16–23**, Jesus Christ prepares His disciples for the realities of mission in a hostile world. They are sent out as sheep among wolves, called to be wise, innocent, and courageous in the face of persecution. Yet Jesus assures them that the Holy Spirit will give them the words they need and that God remains with them through every trial.Together, these passages remind us: God is building a restored and unified people, truth must be guarded and lived out faithfully, and followers of Christ are called to endure with courage as they carry His message into the world.

Everyone wants intuition. Purpose. Manifestation. Peace. Connection. Answers. But most people are trying to build their lives from a completely ungrounded nervous system. We live in a world that keeps pulling us out of our bodies and into stress, distraction, overwhelm, comparison, fear, overthinking, and information overload. Then we wonder why we feel anxious, exhausted, disconnected, and all over the place. In this episode, we're talking about grounding. Real grounding. Not just “go stand barefoot in the grass” grounding. We talk about: what grounding actually means why so many spiritual people still feel unstable the obsession with upper chakras while ignoring the roots nervous systems, presence, and living in reality instead of constantly escaping it why grounding is the foundation for healing, intuition, clarity, purpose, and real transformation We also talk about community and connection… because roots were never meant to grow alone. Nature already knows this. Trees communicate and support each other through the mycelium beneath the surface. The strongest roots are connected roots. And honestly? I think humanity has forgotten that. This conversation is an invitation to slow down, come back into your body, reconnect to what actually matters, and build a foundation strong enough to hold the life you say you want. Because grounding isn't what limits your spirituality. It's what allows it to become real. New episodes of Cacao Conversations drop weekly. Sip. Connect. Awaken. Hey! Thanks for listening! Most of us are walking around in a low-grade state of fight-or-flight all the time, and we don't even realize it. It looks like the tight jaw in the morning, the exhaustion that doesn't lead to sleep, or the feeling of being on edge even on a good day.  These are signs of a nervous system that never got the signal that it's safe to come down. In this episode, I'm sharing a lesson from my new free video course called Everything is Terrible: An Anxiety Toolkit for the Age of Doomscrolling. This episode is just me, Jeff Hinshaw, offering a reflection on the Taurus New Moon and the larger collective shifts we are moving through. I explore how this lunation marks the first Taurus New Moon without Uranus in Taurus since 2019, and what it means to begin integrating years of disruption and innovation around money, the body, stability, technology, and the Earth itself, while Uranus now in Gemini shifts the revolution into language, communication, and perception. I share observations from the collective field around simplification, mobility, and changing life structures, alongside increasing relational and mental intensity as different worldviews meet. From there, I move into Taurus embodiment practices, including a somatic grounding meditation through the body and third eye “bull's eye” center as a way of reconnecting intuition with physical presence and nature. We also touch on the archetypal image of “The Lightning” from the Marseille tradition of the Tower card and how it reframes disruption as revelation. I also explore how Sedna and the Pleiades are part of this wider collective shift into Gemini, highlighting how mythic and celestial bodies are participating in this reorientation of voice, memory, and perception. Then, we close with grounding reflections for this new cycle.   Workshop Announcement Sedna Workshop: Enrollment opens on Friday, May 1st (Scorpio Full Moon) for a three-hour deep-dive workshop: Topics: Sedna's myth, altar building, tarot associations (notably, The Hanged One/The Tethered One), astrological significance, personal and collective healing. In this solo episode, I'm sharing a very personal update about the evolution of the podcast, the deeper meaning behind its new name, and what this next chapter means for all of us. I talk about why I had to step away in order to see more clearly, what I discovered about my relationship with The Adult Chair, and how coming back to it from a new place of clarity and wholeness changed everything. I also explore two powerful teachings that are at the heart of this work: the illuminated path and the importance of feeling your emotions. I share how learning to stay grounded, present, and connected to yourself can transform every relationship in your life, because the most important relationship you will ever have is the one you have with yourself. Key Takeaways Growth is ongoing, and we are always evolving into new versions of ourselves. Peace is a more sustainable goal than chasing temporary moments of happiness. Every relationship reflects something about our relationship with ourselves. The illuminated path is the path of the higher self, where each next step becomes clear when we stay present and grounded. The ego wants certainty about the future, but real alignment comes from trusting the next step. Feeling your emotions requires being in the body, not just living in the mind. Grounding, body awareness, and curiosity are essential tools for emotional healing and inner clarity. Calm your mind and restore internal harmony with this guided Reiki journey to the sacred Tree of Life. Join us as we align your divine, head, heart, gut, and earth minds to release mental clutter and find grounded presence in your daily life. This practice utilizes Reiki frequencies to transmute stress into peace. Key Insights The Power of Five-Mind Alignment: True mental clarity comes when the divine mind (intuition), head mind (logic), heart mind (truth), gut mind (instincts), and earth mind (grounded) work in a single channel of light. The Tree of Life as a Transmuter: In the enlightened realms, the Tree of Life acts like a biological filter, receiving your "carbon dioxide" (mental static and urgency) and transmuting it into "oxygen" (peace and grounded wisdom). Bridging Human and Higher Consciousness: The journey across the Bridge of Light helps entrain your human experience to a higher frequency, ensuring that your spiritual insights are practical and applicable to your real-world relationships and decisions. People Also Ask (FAQ) How do I calm my mind with Reiki? Reiki calms the mind by activating the mental-emotional symbol to settle the emotional field and using guided journeys to "discharge" overthinking into the earth or sacred symbols like the Tree of Life. What are the "five minds" in Reiki practice? The five minds include the Divine Mind (intuition), Head Mind (organization), Heart Mind (compassion), Gut Mind (instinct), and Earth Mind (physical presence). Aligning them creates a central channel of light for clear decision-making. How can I stay grounded during spiritual work? One way to ground is by connecting your "earth mind" to the physical world and imagining roots stretching from your feet into the earth, ensuring that your spirituality lives in your body and breath. Is software dead, or just being rebuilt? Ollie spent two weeks obsessing over Claude Cowork and turned 100 episodes of Founded & Grounded into a content engine. Becky spoke alongside the legendary Steve Blank. We break down agentic AI, SaaS valuations, customer development, pricing as conversation, and why human connection is the moat that AI cannot copy. This will leave you wanting to experiment right now. Key takeaways - Agentic AI is not a tool you add. It's the sand between your existing software stack, doing the connective work while you sleep, so you stop running the business by hand. - Pricing is a conversation, not a number. Steve Blank's lesson is simple. Ask the customer the question, listen to the answer, then build the proposal. Skip that step, and you're guessing with someone else's money. - AI raises the floor on output. It does nothing for trust. The founders who win the next cycle are the ones in rooms without laptops, building relationships that agents cannot fake.   Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. In this conversation, Lawrence Joss and psychologist Faust Ruggiero explore the trauma responses many alienated parents experience while navigating parental alienation, estrangement, and high-conflict family systems. Together, they unpack how chronic stress, fear, hypervigilance, and unresolved grief affect the nervous system—and why many parents begin living in a constant state of emotional and physical survival.Blending clinical insight with lived experience, the discussion examines PTSD, nervous system dysregulation, emotional overwhelm, and the physical symptoms that often go unnoticed during alienation. Lawrence reflects on his own reconnection journey and the challenge of teaching the body to recognize safety again, even during positive moments. Grounded in recovery, self-awareness, and emotional regulation, this conversation reminds us that healing is not about becoming emotionless—it's about slowly coming home to yourself. As You Wish Talk Radio with James Gilliland Understanding Iran, Fleets of UFOs over ECETI, Upcoming Workshops with Siddheshwari and Jessie This episode of As You Wish Talk Radio explores the intersection of ancient extraterrestrial history and modern spiritual practice. Host James Gilliland, along with guests Siddhaswar and Jessi, discusses the necessity of grounding, detoxification, and intentional silence as essential tools for navigating planetary ascension. The dialogue emphasizes moving away from external "controlled narratives" toward a direct, internal connection with Source. Galactic History and Ancient Revelations James Gilliland opens the discussion by addressing the geopolitical tension in Iran, framing it as a conflict involving "deep state" assets and the suppression of free-energy technologies that could render oil obsolete. He highlights the discovery of ancient Sumerian tablets that reportedly list 47 star systems and detail the history of the Annunaki, Enlil, and Enki. These records suggest that the Pleiadians played a significant role in terraforming Earth and establishing civilizations like Atlantis and Lemuria. Furthermore, Gilliland asserts that Earth's true history predates the Younger Dryas, with the pyramids potentially being over 70,000 years old. The Path of Somatic Healing and Embodiment Guest Siddhaswar, a yoga and wellness expert, introduces her upcoming "Contact Yoga Retreat." She emphasizes that a healthy, detoxified body serves as a "living temple" and a gateway to higher-dimensional intelligence. Her approach focuses on raising the body's vibrational frequency through raw foods, conscious breathing, and gentle yoga to clear old traumas and mental conditioning. The goal is to help individuals become "lighthouses"—stable, grounded beings who can interact with higher-dimensional entities from a place of rooted self-awareness rather than fear or external seeking. Grounding and the "Bifurcation" of Timelines The conversation shifts to the importance of "loving detachment" during the current "bifurcation of worlds," where some individuals are ascending while others spiral into lower frequencies. Gilliland shares a personal lesson on the importance of listening to the "small voice" of intuition over grand visions, warning against the "savior complex" and the projection of one's own integrity onto others who may have different agendas. They conclude that true ascension is not about "going somewhere," but about anchoring high-frequency energy into every cell of the body while remaining deeply connected to the Earth. The Science of Silence and the Inner Earth Connection Jessi, an "Inner Earth ambassador," details the "Retreat to Silence" scheduled for June 2026. She provides a scientific rationale for silence, noting that just two hours of intentional quiet allows the hippocampus to repair itself, which is vital for converting experiences into authentic memories. After four hours, the amygdala—the brain's fear center—begins to stabilize, lowering cortisol and heart rates. The retreat is designed as a "gentle" 24-hour period of silence on the high-vibration land of the ECETI ranch, intended to help guests recalibrate their inner compass and reconnect with the "sacred intelligence of life." The overarching message of the broadcast is a call to self-mastery through grounding and internal alignment. By utilizing tools like yoga, detoxification, and intentional silence, individuals can navigate the current global chaos and "detox symptoms" of planetary awakening, ultimately transitioning from a fear-based external god-narrative to a direct experience of unconditional love and source connection.

What if your body could warn you before a relapse happens? In this fascinating episode, Dr. Vera Tarman sits down with Bob Messerschmidt — biomedical engineer, inventor, and one of the architects behind the original Apple Watch's health-sensing technology — to explore a surprisingly simple but powerful biomarker: the erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR). Bob is the founder of Core Health and has developed an FDA-registered at-home device that tracks chronic low-grade inflammation over time. For those of us in the food addiction and recovery world, this conversation opens a compelling new door: could inflammation tracking be the missing feedback loop for people working to stay abstinent from ultra-processed foods?

Free Guided Meditation for Calming Your Anxious Mind 10-Minute Body-Scan Meditation for AnxietyQuote:I've had a great many troubles in my life, most of which never happened.-Mark TwainSummaryIn this episode of the Anxiety Coaches Podcast, we delve into the pervasive habit of mental rehearsal that many anxious individuals engage in, often unconsciously. I share insights on how we tend to fixate on potential troubles—running through endless scenarios in our minds of what could go wrong. A significant focus of our discussion centers around the pitfalls of this "rehearsing trouble" practice, which can include anticipating rejection, imagining illnesses, and preparing for losses that may never occur. This mental activity not only stirs up unnecessary distress but also physically manifests in our bodies, leading to symptoms of anxiety and panic, all triggered by thoughts of events that haven't taken place.I emphasize the need to recognize that this script of catastrophic thinking doesn't serve our well-being. Instead, it often exacerbates feelings of unease and panic over situations that remain purely theoretical in our minds. The brain, in its protective nature, believes that rehearsing these painful scenarios will keep us safe, but I challenge this notion, questioning whether this form of preparation genuinely benefits us or simply weighs us down with borrowed suffering.Throughout our conversation, I share the metaphor of "mental rehearsal of catastrophe," shedding light on how this habit can lead to what I call "nervous system fatigue." The toll it takes on our energy and peace of mind is a significant concern. I reflect on how often we miss out on the present moment in our attempts to prepare for every possible outcome—a loss that may be even more painful than any future hardship itself. While anxiety can make us feel hyper-vigilant, I encourage listeners to find a way to detach from that excessive vigilance that proves exhausting and intrusive.#AnxietyRecovery, #MentalHealth, #Mindfulness, #GinaRyan, #AnxietyCoachesPodcast, #BorrowedSuffering, #Presence, #Resilience, #SelfCare, #MentalWellbeing, #Catastrophizing, #InnerPeace, #OvercomingAnxiety, #NervousSystemHealing, #Grounding, #StressManagement, #EmotionalWellness, #LivingInTheNow, #PositivePsychology, #SelfTrust, #WorryPostponement, #MentalRehearsal, #AnticipatoryAnxiety, #EmotionalRegulation, #MindBodyConnection, #Vagus nerve, #CalmConscious, #StopWorrying, #PanicAttackRecovery, #InnerCalm, #AnxiousMind, #SelfCompassion, #HolisticHealing, #NervousSystemRegulation, #PeaceOfMind, #MentalClarity, #CopingSkills, #PersonalGrowth, #WellnessJourney, #HealingJourney, #MindfulLiving, #OvercomingFear, #PsychologyTips, #CognitiveReframing, #MentalStrength, #InnerStrength, #Tranquility, #HealthAnxiety, #SocialAnxiety, #SelfSoothing #ACPSee Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

In this episode, we kick things off by examining a Kentucky congressman's demand to permanently ground an aging cargo jet following a catastrophic Louisville crash that killed fourteen people. Representative Morgan McGarvey has officially petitioned the FAA to permanently shut down the entire McDonnell Douglas MD-11 fleet after UPS Flight 2976's left engine detached during takeoff, igniting a fire and slamming the aircraft into buildings. While UPS has retired its remaining twenty-eight MD-11s, FedEx is ramping up preparations to reactivate all twenty-seven of its MD-11 freighters as soon as the FAA lifts its current flight ban. Next, we explore the truckload sector where multimodal transportation provider Schneider National is aggressively targeting significant rate recovery during the current bid season with price renewals at the highest levels since 2021. Management is explicitly seeking mid- to high-single-digit one-way contract rate increases and double-digit increases with transactional shippers, as pricing at those accounts fell the most during the prolonged downturn. Finally, we head to the Gulf Coast where Port Houston has secured a forty-eight-million-dollar federal grant through the U.S. Maritime Administration to expand and modernize its Bayport Container Terminal. The project will support construction of a new container yard and exit gate designed to increase capacity by about four hundred forty thousand TEUs, reduce chronic truck congestion, and save millions of hours over the life of the project.
