For this month's episode I had the pleasure of talking with Moss Herberholz. Moss is an awesome person, healer and educator. He utilizes adventure therapy and psychedelic integration as healing modalities among others. We discuss lots of cool things including sacred plants and fungi, their uses and potential limitations. For this month's episode, I had the privilege of speaking with one of the founders of The Jewish Farmer Network, Shani Mink. We got to talk about her intro to the outdoors, as well as what her relationship with the outdoors looks like now. We touch on some really interesting and cool things being done over at the network too. I was really moved by this conversation and hope y'all enjoy it! For this month's episode I had the opportunity to speak with Nadav Slovin. Nadav started an organization called Lech Lech which creates and facilitates trips in the wilderness for people in the Jewish community. We touched on lots of topics ranging from oneness of all beings, to why we should be excited to go canoeing! For this month's episode, I had the pleasure of speaking with Miri Kaiser. Miri is an avid lover of the outdoors and has worked in outdoor education for the past ten years. I got the privilege of talking to Yosef Gillers for our very first episode. Yosef is the founder and co-executive director of Grow Torah. They bring educational gardens to Jewish day schools in the Tri-State area and do so much more. Yosef himself is an accomplished outdoors person. He is a telemark ski instructor and has tele skied some of the gnarliest terrain in America! This was a super exciting conversation for me to have and I hope it brings some light and joy to your day.
