When the universe tells ya to take some time. TAKE IT. Sometimes we often miss the lesson because we are too consumed with distractions all around us. The message will fly right over your head. These past two weeks without a phone gave clarity I didn’t know I was looking for. So busy “tryna get things done” do this and do that. You look up and realize life is just passing on by. I looked up and it clicked. Wow...there’s a level of disconnect when I look around this “connected” world. Past Traumas will keep us in bondage more than we realize and if we don’t address it, face it and will work on ways to resolve it, it will fester inside ourselves. While projecting on to other people. We gotta keep in mind that we all go through shit. Even carrying unresolved past life trauma into this life. It all starts with you. Get to the root of it, dig it up no matter how painful it might be and plant a new seed. For YOUR LIFE. As we move into this new decade and uncover the corruption of our flailing system, we gotta keep our energy in tact. Mind, body, soul & spirit is undergoing a spiritual warfare taking names and looking for smoke. These days I know the “spiritual community” has become this public propaganda of Sage and Palo santó but let’s not get it twisted this shit is very real. Probably realer than it’s ever been in this lifetime. You gotta know or start to get to know who the fuck you are because everybody is searching for connection through false eyes of the digital world. Distractions from the true connection of seeing ourselves day to day amongst each other. It’s a war on spirit y’all. Continue to heal, grow, understand your darkness and make peace with your light.
