After a nearly year-long hiatus, I am back with the third episode of Chinn Chats with my long time friend, a local pastor, and my realtor, Tyler Shirley. In this episode, Tyler and I talk about why he chose his major in college (a long time ago), his favorite band, grief, skydiving, raising children, old houses, and - of course - pens.
