Programmation musicale - Aaron Xeres - Two Shadows - Labi Siffre - Cannock Chaze - Chet Baker - The Thrill Is Gone.
Gordon Duncan, Hugh Keevins< Cammy Bell and Gordon Dalziel are in the studio as they bring you extra t-me and penalties at Ibrox. With the game going all the way to a shoot out and Celtic beating Rangers at Ibrox to get through to the Scottish cup semi-final. The panel take the calls from fans with their reactions to the game. With some Rangers fans saying Danny Rohl is not the man to take the club forward.

Josh Getzoff calls in to recap the Pens 5-1 blowout loss to Buffalo last night and to discuss the ramifications of Malkin's major penalty.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
Dan Muse spoke on Evgeni Malkin's penalty and the goalie interference penalty. Internet Bob from Bowser Chevy joins the show. Joe is looking to purchase a new car. Would you trade Stuart Skinner? We would, if the Penguins can acquire a second.
Hour 4 with Joe Starkey: Dan Muse spoke on Evgeni Malkin's penalty and the goalie interference penalty. Would you trade Stuart Skinner? We would, if the Penguins can acquire a second. The Pirates said goodbye, for now, to Andrew McCutchen. Joe thinks that McCutchen should have a statue.
In this hour, Adam Crowley and Dorin Dickerson illustrate why the NHL Trade Deadline just became way more important for the Penguins. Also, are you "sad" now that OF/DH Andrew McCutchen has signed with another MLB organization? March 6, 2026, 7:00 Hour
Was the NHL Trade Deadline a dud? Not just for the Penguins, but the entire league was pretty quiet. NHL Network spent time breaking down the Penguins deal for a guy that has 3 points this season. The talking heads gave the Pens props for this move and said Kyle Dubas may have put together the best 4th line in the NHL.
We are 1 hour away from the NHL Trade Deadline. The Penguins have yet to make a move. Will they? Is it a failure on the part of Kyle Dubas if they stand pat? Could a small move pay big dividends the way some of the others have for Dubas this season? We also reacted to the Evgeni Malkin play from last night that could end up in suspension and Sidney Crosby practicing today. Would you rather the Penguins make a splashy buy or a splashy sell? The guys are OK if a little deal is made. BREAKING: The Penguins have acquired Elmer Soderblom from the Red Wings for a 3rd round pick. Elmer is a massive human – 6'8, 252 pounds, but has just 3 points all season. Steelers insider Nick Farabaugh from Penn Live dot com joined the show for some Fair Game w/ Farabaugh. Nick doesn't expect us to know the answer to the QB question on Monday, but maybe by the end of next week. Who is dictating terms here? Nick said the Steelers probably won't offer Aaron Rodgers anything until he makes it clear that he wants to play. What will the contract look like for Malik Willis and is it too steep for the Steelers? Nick thinks Omar Khan and Mike McCarthy are in lockstep here and they want Rodgers back. Nick thinks the Steelers will add 2 WR in free agency and 2-3 in the draft. He expects them to make a signing ‘pretty early' into free agency on Monday, but doesn't expect it to be a ‘big' name right away. Nick thinks the WR on the trade market are likely too rich for the Steelers to make a play on. Jalen Tolbert is a name Nick mentioned – citing his ties to McCarthy from Dallas. Nick doesn't think the Steelers are going to be too aggressive in pursuit of Kenneth Walker, but expects them to be active in the secondary RB market.

Donny Football Debrief – If the Steelers get bad news on Broderick Jones, could they look into Taylor Decker as a 1-year stopgap? A massive LT visited the team today as part of the pre-draft process. Could they consider tackle in the 1st round again? Will we see an NFL player box Logan Paul?

Hour 1 with Bob Pompeani, Joe Starkey, and Tyler Kennedy: The NHL trade deadline is tomorrow at 3 p.m. What should the Penguins do? Andrew McCutchen has signed a minor-league deal with the Texas Rangers. Evgeni Malkin has been playing very well for the Penguins, but questions remain about his contract. Tyler Kennedy thinks the template needs to be like Egor Chinakhov and acquire a young player who needs a big change of scenery.
We are 1 day away from the NHL Trade Deadline as the surprise Penguins are all of the sudden a buyer. But how big of one? Will the Pens go after someone as notable as Vincent Trocheck? We may see Kyle Dubas take it slow and not go overboard, even though the Pens need center help. Shane Wright was a name we broached – a center with the Kraken that is freshly 22-years-old and had 44 points last season. What should the Penguins do with Evgeni Malkin? The guys think it only makes sense to re-sign Geno after the season if he plays well and helps this team make it to the playoffs. Did Kyle Dubas already have another plan in his mind about Malkin before the Penguins season played out? Steelers insider Ray Fittipaldo from the PG joined the show. Ray could foresee Aaron Rodgers giving the Steelers an answer off-the-record like he did last year as this thing could string out for another year. Ray admitted that some of Rodgers' comments yesterday made the situation a little bit more ‘murky.' Ray doesn't expect this to be a question mark until June again this time around. Ray isn't sure how likely it is that any of the outside free agents would come in and be the Steelers QB. Ray talked about the chances Will Howard and Mason Rudolph have to steer the ship. Ray reminded the guys that they will not give Howard the keys without having seen him in any game action. The guys noted that Jacoby Brissett, despite a 1-11 record last season, had numbers eerily similar to Rodgers in 2025. Ray thinks Kenneth Gainwell will explore his market in free agency after winning team MVP. Chris gave Ray some WR names to pick from and he chose Romeo Doubs, thinking he'd be around $15M/year player. How much would the Steelers have to offer Calvin Austin to get him back? Ray said the versatility of Jalen Ramsey allows the Steelers to explore multiple avenues when it comes to the defensive backfield this offseason. Which WR is the best in this draft? Ray is surprised there wasn't more news around Carnell Tate running a 4.52 40-yard dash. Ray thinks WR is the first move the Steelers make on Monday, either via trade or free agency.

Adam Crowley and Dorin Dickerson wonder if the Penguins need to make many more trades before the deadline or if the team is fine as it is now.
The Penguins have earned 5 of 6 points since the return from the Olympics and without Sidney Crosby in the lineup. The trade deadline is upon us as NHL teams gear up for Friday to make the final big moves to their roster. The Pens will get Sid back in about a month, but should they add and should it be a notable piece? Chris wasn't going for it and got made when Poni kept pointing out that Trocheck is ‘from here.' Are the Penguins too far ahead on their timeline to make this big of a move? Trocheck was great in the game on Saturday – a come-from-behind effort from the Rangers over the Penguins. Can he turn this team into a Stanley Cup contender? Should the Penguins trade for Vincent Trocheck? PM Team Sports Court w/ our friends from Edgar Snyder & Associates. Peptides can change how you heal, lean out, build muscle, and age, but only if you stop taking influencer advice and start thinking like a scientist. -Watch this episode on YouTube for the full video experience: https://www.youtube.com/@DaveAspreyBPR -Get a discount from BIOLONGEVITY LABS by using code ‘Dave' at: https://biolongevitylabs.com/ Host Dave Asprey sits down with Josh Felber and Jay Campbell for a deep, practical conversation on what peptides actually are, how they work in the body, and how to use them without doing something dumb. Josh Felber and Jay Campbell are both cofounders of BioLongevity Labs and longtime leaders in the peptide and performance space. Josh is also the host of the Making Bank podcast and a serial entrepreneur in health. Jay has spent more than a decade researching and teaching advanced peptide protocols and performance strategies. They break peptides down in plain English as chains of amino acids that act like signaling molecules, then get into what matters in the real world: delivery methods, dosing, and why pharmacokinetics and timing decide whether something works. You'll hear why peptide pens feel like a huge upgrade over vials and syringes, why Dave wants patches and microneedle tech next, and how convenience can make the difference between consistency and quitting. Dave and the guys also go deep on mitochondria and longevity. They talk about SS31, now called elamipretide, and why it focuses on mitochondrial membranes and cardiolipin. They cover MOTS-c as a “turbocharger” peptide that people often feel fast, especially if they feel metabolically sluggish. They get into growth hormone peptides like Tesamorelin, Ipamorelin, and CJC, plus why MK-677 sounds convenient but can come with tradeoffs like appetite and other downstream effects. Then the conversation turns into what's new. Jay shares what he claims is a new long-acting folistatin-style compound called FLGR 242, designed to stay active for weeks. He frames it as a potential solution for GLP users who worry about losing muscle. They also talk about Klotho, what it does in aging, why it is hard to stabilize, and why Jay believes small dosing matters because of kidney risk at higher levels. Dave ties Klotho back to endothelial function and kidney protection, and they swap stories about what people report noticing. You'll Learn: • What peptides are, explained without jargon • Why delivery matters and why pens beat mixing vials all day • How PK curves change real results and dosing schedules • What elamipretide means for mitochondria and longevity • Why MOTS-c can feel like a fast energy shift for some people • How Tesamorelin, Ipamorelin, and CJC fit into growth hormone support • Why MK-677 sounds easy but can bring unwanted effects • What Jay claims FLGR 242 does for myostatin, muscle, and fat loss • Why Klotho shows up in longevity research and why dose matters Thank you to our sponsors! • 2026 Clean Nicotine Roadmap | Enroll for free at https://daveasprey.com/2026-clean-nicotine-roadmap/ • Generation Lab | Go to https://www.generationlab.com/ and use code Dave20 for $20 off to see what your body is really doing beneath the surface. • Pique | Establish a powerful foundation for sustained wellness at https://www.piquelife.com/DAVE and unlock 20% off. • Vibrant Blue Oils | Grab a full-size bottle for over 50% off at https://vibrantblueoils.com/dave Dave Asprey is a four-time New York Times bestselling author, founder of Bulletproof Coffee, and the father of biohacking.
