Personal training has changed in the last 10, 15 and 20 years. When I started in fitness even 15 years ago most of the trainers I worked with were in their early 30's to late 50's, making a living and providing their families with the income they deserved. Sadly, this profession has become a job with a high turnover rate, and twenty year old's pretending to know more than they do training older clients with no educated knowledge on how to do so. Training has become such a sales role that it neglects the actual potential of results clients get from the program. Please subscribe, rate and review this show!
