Episode #209. Visibility is a word that's thrown around a lot, but it's also easier said than done. If you're not getting the visibility you really want, you may be unintentionally hiding and holding yourself back from really getting out there. Here to clear the air on what visibility is and what it means to get it is Coach in Demand Founder Kylie Hodges. Join us now to get a new perspective on visibility and the mindset that comes in behind it.In This Episode You'll Learn:Why getting in front of your audience isn't the only thing that mattersHow you're hiding from visibility without even knowing itWhat spirited action means and how it can propel you forward How to manage visibility when you lean towards introversionWhy you don't need a crazy, unique story to get visibilityFavorite Quotes“You can literally be standing in front of people talking to them, but if you're not showing up in the way that they need to see you, you're not getting visible.”“How can you be the conduit of joy for what you have to offer? Do you love it so much you want to shout it from the rooftops and share with people what makes it so great? If not, you've got to do some reflection on what's keeping you from feeling that way because that's where visibility comes in.”“Even if you're a personal brand, you are not your business. When you can accept that it's a very freeing moment because it gives you permission to fail and know that it has nothing to do with your value as a human being.”Discussed on the Show:Kylie's Free WorkbookMore about Kylie:Kylie Hodges is the founder of Coach in Demand - where she works with talented coaches who want to turn their under-earning, overwhelming business into a client and money magnet. Diesmal in eigener Sache. Was sind deine neuen Themen? Was war deine berufliche Weltmeisterschaft, deine größte Herausforderung? For the personal growth goddesses out there who love to DO THE WORK... this podcast is for you. After embodying this practice myself I had to come in and share exactly this process and how to integrate it. This practice is great if you have a goal you are working on now but feel some resistance to it. This practice merges both the feminine and the masculine. The masculine is part 1 of this process- so be sure to have some pen and paper and be ready to be led through a process. The second piece is the feminine part. This is more of a flow and you are going to call on your intuition to guide you on the HOW of that piece. At the end of this practice you will have several mantras and ways to work with them ready to go. Completing this exercise and embodying it... even once will create a result in your life. It could be immediate or it could set off a chain of events that you will see the fruits of later down the road. The point is... do it! You are worth it. Welcome to a competitive call to start out 2022 as I present the notion of how we have been sold on being good enough throughout our lives. Whether we are willing to accept it or not a great deal of our upbringing was based around satisfying standards and doing enough. This mindset got us through school and into our careers, but when I look back on my passions as a child and look at the passions I pursue today, they were born out of an exposure to an elite mindset and standard. So what came first? The passion or the exposure to elite performance? Through this 10 minute episode I present the notion that I pursued sports growing up thanks to being educated and exposed to elite level sport.  So wherever you are in your journey, what role has being exposed to excellence played in establishing your passion in life? Finding these things for your business is your goal and what you need to work on for 2022. I break it all down today and provide examples of how I've done it in my 10 years of being in business. You are focusing too much time on whose not joining you and who didn't buy from you, and not enough time focusing on who you want buying from you. We go through phases in our business where we feel like everybody needs to hire us, but that is not our goal. Remember, remember, remember. When we are focused on our target market and what we're offering, we're less offended when somebody goes elsewhere because we know they are not our target audience. When we focus on attracting people who fit our product and brand, we're going to be TONS more confident in our business. If you don't have any of these things and it seems like a lot, I promise it's simple. If you have done this, go through it again. Then stay tuned for next week where we talk about email building!

Just a couple weeks removed from the Ohio State win over Utah, Ballard has been called on by Lettermen Row's Tim May as a special guest for this week's episode of the Tim May Podcast. Ballard was not just a pivotal force for the Buckeyes first Rose Bowl win since 1997 during that 2010 victory. He eventually would go on to have a four-year career in the NFL, highlighted by winning a Super Bowl with the New York Giants in 2011. Ballard is an expert voice and analyst who knows the ins and outs of the game in addition to background in the infrastructure of a college football program. So he gives some valuable insight in this week's podcast episode as Ohio State is now in the midst of a crucial offseason for Buckeyes coach Ryan Day and his program. That offseason has already been a busy one with several new defensive coaching hires, including the hiring of Tim Walton as cornerbacks coach and Perry Eliano as safeties coach for Ohio State. Those two will play a big role in the attempt to turn around the Buckeyes defense following poor season-long performances in both 2020 and 2021. Tim is also joined on the show by Lettermen Row's Austin Ward to discuss those new hires and to break down more Buckeyes news, analysis and offseason discussions in another jam-packed edition of the Tim May Podcast. #OhioStateFootball #OhioState #CFBNews Subscribe for more Ohio State Football coverage: https://www.youtube.com/c/Lettermenrow?sub_confirmation=1 Ohio State Buckeyes videos from Columbus, Ohio from the staff of Lettermen Row. It's no secret that the online space is HOT right now! It seems like every day, you're bombarded with new offers and promises that if you start this or that business, all your problems will be solved, and you can finally experience that easy life while collecting passive income in your sleep. It's tempting to think that these shiny promises are the answer you've been searching for, but it's important to really take a look at what these businesses actually are, and if they're actually sustainable or not.  Drop-shipping. No doubt these business ventures have come on your radar, and you may have even dabbled in imagining your dream life in one of these areas. In this week's episode of the No-Fluff Business Show, we are breaking down why these gigs are not what they seem, and how you can critically assess the pitfalls of these businesses in terms of actual return, and long-term viability.  There are a lot of wolves in sheep's clothing, and I want to help you make sense of all the fluff so that you can stay focused and invest your time, money, and passion into something that will actually work and help you live the life that you want for yourself!

On today's episode, Jason kicks thing off with some very interesting speculation regarding the Dallas Cowboys head coaching job. Fans and sports media members alike are calling for Mike McCarthy's job after their latest playoff debacle, and our fearless leader thinks that defensive coordinator Dan Quinn is actually angling to takeover the job. Quinn's name keeps popping up for head coaching vacancies - and maybe that's by design to make Jerry Jones think he's in high demand. Later, Jason shares a quick thought on the Arizona Cardinals' no-show against the Los Angeles Rams in the Wild Card round. Kyler Murray was a dumpster fire, but the most shocking part of all was that he seemed unwilling to use his legs even after it became clear that he couldn't hit the red side of a barn threw the air. Is it possible that Kyler refused to run because he's convinced that the only way he'll have a long NFL career is if he wins games exclusively from the pocket? Plus, The Doomsday Podcast host Matt Mosley swings by to discuss the Cowboys' disappointing loss to the San Francisco 49ers, how Dak Prescott has mostly been able to avoid criticism during his tenure as the starting quarterback, why he thinks the team should considering moving on from Ezekiel Elliott, how the emergence of Quinn and Kellen Moore could impact the future of McCarthy in Dallas, and much more! Find the full transcript at prosperouscoach.com/162.Just the idea of money is fraught with complicated beliefs stemming from our childhoods and even further back than that. Unhelpful beliefs about worth and earning and money are deeply rooted into our cultures and ancestry. So it's not surprising that we all struggle with money mindset.·      Most of us have worthiness issues and that feels like imposter syndrome.·      Some people don't think they should charge for coaching because it's a helping service.·      And for some, money is distasteful — a dirty thing. No doubt many dirty things have been done in the pursuit of money since humans started walking Earth. But money itself is just a tool. That's an important shift right there. It's a neutral tool that, at this point in human existence, most of us need to employ to live. And here's the thing … if you want your coaching business to be your livelihood, you must face these old beliefs with a singular determination to shift them.I've learned that mindset shifts are totally doable. They are a lot easier than we think. It's a big part of how coaches help their clients achieve goals. The way you think about something will determine how well you'll do. For your own integrity, you need to walk that talk and face down your unhelpful mindsets. Focus on Shifting Your Money FearsSo I want to invite you to something … as you listen to this today, consider listening without distraction and aim to takeaway one specific thing that you'll use to help you shift unhelpful money mindsets.I'm about to give you 6 things you can say to a prospect during a Discovery Call once you've shared your price for your Signature Program if the price makes them hesitate to hire you. Coaching should be helping someone become all they can be in God; not molding someone in a forceful way.7:52 Like in athletics, the “stars” don't become the best coaches. Danny says coaching church planters is similar. 9:08 Danny shares that he's doing less coaching, because he tends to want to share his personal experiences and that's not always what church planters need.9:41 Danny states his passion for good coaching and creating it within Converge.10:07 Lee asks Danny how a church planter should find a coach if they are beginning to realize how coaching could help them. How do you find the right coach and how do you ask?10:30 Danny advises that if a church planter finds someone they may want as a coach, to ask around to get some opinions on their coaching.11:30 Danny suggests doing a trial run for a few months with a coach.11:51 Lee advises for someone to be persistent when looking for a coach, and it may cost money.12:25 Lee shares that if someone asks him to be their coach, he wants specifics of what they're looking for.13:04 Lee feels a good coach will recognize their own personal strengths and weaknesses and the importance of knowing when they may not be the best coach in a certain area.13:18 Lee encourages listeners to find a coach if they feel they need one.
