Claude Silver: Be Yourself at Work Claude Silver is on a mission to revolutionize leadership, talent, and workplace culture. She is Chief Heart Officer at VaynerX and partners with CEO Gary Vaynerchuk to drive their success. Claude has earned Campaign US’s Female Frontier Award, and AdWeek’s Changing the Game Award and she's the author of Be Yourself at Work: The Groundbreaking Power of Showing Up, Standing Out, and Leading from the Heart (Amazon, Bookshop)*. We've all heard the advice to be ourselves at work. It's easier said than done. In this conversation, Claude and I explore how we can actually move past some of the unhelpful self-talk so that we can show up better, faster. Key Points We all have songs that play in our heads. When the song isn't working, it's time to change it. Labels are for soup cans, not people. Stop treating negative self-talk as gospel. Begin by identifying the label you've put on yourself that's harming you. When it's hard to see a harmful label, use times of either reflection or agitation to help surface it. Find the internal evidence for this label and record what confirms this belief and also what challenges it. If that's hard, invite someone else (a partner, friend, or therapist) to help you see it more objectively. Evolve by creating a new mantra for who you are becoming. If it doesn't seem doable today, ask yourself if you can envision it being true in the future. Have you ever caught yourself saying, “I know I'm meant for more” and yet, you're stuck in the loop of self-doubt, imposter syndrome, or playing small? In this episode, George rips the Band-Aid off one of the biggest lies entrepreneurs tell themselves: that our beliefs are facts. They're not. And if we don't rewrite them, they'll keep running the show. If you want to change your results, your business, your impact… It starts with one belief. And this episode gives you the blueprint to make that shift in less than 30 minutes.George guides you through a practical 4-part process to expose the limiting thoughts holding you back, embody a new empowering belief, and integrate it into your daily habits. This isn't about vision boards or empty affirmations, it's about real transformation through emotional intensity, consistent reps, and embodied practice. What You'll Learn in This Episode:Why most of your beliefs would never hold up in a court of law (and why that's liberating)The exact 4-step framework: Think it → Feel it → Act it → Become itHow to identify a disempowering belief and calculate what it's really costing youWhy emotional intensity is the “missing ingredient” in affirmationsThe daily actions and rituals that lock in your identity shift Key Takeaways:✔️Beliefs aren't facts. They're just repeated thoughts with emotional charge. You can choose new ones.✔️Emotional intensity + repetition = transformation. Affirmations without feeling are just empty words.✔️Identify your current disempowering belief and ask: Is it true? What is it costing me?✔️Replace it with an empowering belief that aligns with the future you want, then act on it today.✔️Environment shapes identity. Record your new belief, speak it out loud, and surround yourself with reminders. Timestamps & Highlights:[00:00] — Welcome to Reset in 20: Episode 3 intro + belief breakdown[03:36] — Foundational 4-part framework[07:40] — Quote from OG Mandino: Why action shapes thought[10:55] — Limiting beliefs: The invisible blocks we rarely name[14:12] — 4 reflection questions to dismantle false beliefs[17:30] — Emotional intensity & repetition: The real rewiring formula[19:18] — How to write and feel your new belief[22:50] — Embodying new beliefs in your actions, environment, and daily rhythmYour Challenge This Week:If this episode sparked something, DM your new belief to George on Instagram @itsgeorgebryant and he'll personally celebrate it with you.And if you're enjoying the Reset in 20 series, share this with one friend and commit to all 7 episodes together.Book Mentioned:The Greatest Salesman in the World by Og Mandino: for embedding beliefs through repetition and emotion. Join The Alliance: The Relationship Beats Algorithms™ community for entrepreneurs building meaningful businesses through connection.Apply for 1:1 Coaching with George: Build a business aligned with your heart, not just your head.Check out upcoming live events and workshops at: https://mindofgeorge.com/retreat/

Embark on this year-long voyage through the Bible, and let each day's passage uplift and inspire you. TODAY'S EPISODE: Welcome to the Daily Radio Bible podcast! In today's episode for December 8th, 2025, Hunter invites us to journey together through First Timothy, chapters 1 to 4. As your Bible reading coach and brother, Hunter shares the daily practice of immersing ourselves in Scripture—not just reading the Bible, but allowing it to read through us and shape our hearts toward the living Word, Christ Jesus. This episode explores Paul's encouragement to train ourselves in godliness, highlighting how spiritual discipline and reading God's Word are essential to a renewed mind and transformed life. We'll consider how our faith, conduct, and sense of godliness are influenced by persistent practice and community support. Along the way, Hunter leads a thoughtful prayer reflecting the anticipation of Advent, the need for courage, and the hope of Christ's coming. You'll also hear personal reflections on pottery, spiritual growth, and a heartfelt thank you to listeners who support the Daily Radio Bible ministry. Whether you're new or returning, settle in as Hunter guides us through today's reading, reflection, and prayer, reminding us above all: you are loved. TODAY'S DEVOTION: How godly are you? It's a strange question, isn't it? Even the word "godly" feels like such an old-fashioned idea. But Paul tells us to train ourselves to be godly. The measure of our godliness, he says, is linked to our training—to the practices and habits we intentionally cultivate. Apparently, you can train yourself to be godly. That's quite a thought. One of the things Paul encourages Timothy to do in his training for godliness is to read the Word of God publicly. That's not just for Timothy—it's for all of us. Reading God's Word is part of our regiment, our daily training in godliness. This is elemental, foundational to our growth: by spending time in the Scriptures, we are washed clean and our minds are renewed. Our hearts are shaped. We begin, day by day, to look more and more like the One who has the words of life. So how's your training going? Are you feeling a bit out of shape in your life with God? Maybe you need a coach, someone to come alongside and encourage you as you press into these practices. That's why this podcast is here. I am your Bible reading coach, here to encourage you and journey with you as we train in godliness together. So let's keep at it. Let's never give up on this training, because there are great benefits—not only for this life, but for the life to come. The Daily Radio Bible community has been a great encouragement to me, as I've learned to see who God is, how he feels about me, and what he's done for the world. What God is like is revealed in the person of Jesus. I wouldn't have known that had I not spent time training in the Word. So let us keep at it, day by day, coming together as brothers and sisters to be renewed in the truth that has been revealed to us in Christ. That's a prayer I have for my own soul. It's a prayer I have for my family—for my wife, my daughters, and my son. And it's the prayer I have for you. May it be so.   TODAY'S PRAYERS: Lord God Almighty and everlasting father you have brought us in safety to this new day preserve us with your Mighty power that we might not fall into sin or be overcome by adversity. And in all we do, direct us to the fulfilling of your purpose  through Jesus Christ Our Lord amen.   Oh God you have made of one blood all the peoples of the earth and sent your blessed son to preach peace to those who are far and those who are near. Grant that people everywhere may seek after you, and find you. Bring the nations into your fold, pour out your Spirit on all flesh, and hasten the coming of your kingdom through Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.   And now Lord,  make me an instrument of your peace.  Where there is hatred let me sow love. Where there is injury, pardon.  Where there is doubt, faith. Where there is despair, hope.  Where there is darkness, light.  And where there is sadness,  Joy.  Oh Lord grant that I might not seek to be consoled as to console. To be understood as to understand, to be loved as to love.  For it is in the giving that we receive, in the pardoning that we are pardoned, it is in the dying that we are born unto eternal life.  Amen And now as our Lord has taught us we are bold to pray... Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name, thy kingdom come thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven, give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our tresspasses as we forgive those who trespass against us, and lead us not unto temptation, but deliver us from evil, for thine is the Kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen. Loving God, we give you thanks for restoring us in your image. And nourishing us with spiritual food, now send us forth as forgiven people, healed and renewed, that we may proclaim your love to the world, and continue in the risen life of Christ.  Amen.  OUR WEBSITE: www.dailyradiobible.com We are reading through the New Living Translation.   Leave us a voicemail HERE: https://www.speakpipe.com/dailyradiobible Subscribe to us at YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@Dailyradiobible/featured OTHER PODCASTS: Listen with Apple Podcast DAILY BIBLE FOR KIDS DAILY PSALMS DAILY PROVERBS DAILY LECTIONARY DAILY CHRONOLOGICAL

If you've ever been told your gut is “fine” but you still feel bloated, inflamed, exhausted, or stuck, this episode will change the way you look at your health. In today's episode, I break down what a GI Map actually is and why I use it as the starting point for almost every woman I work with. I explain the critical difference between what a traditional GI doctor looks for and what a GI Map is designed to uncover.  While medical doctors are trained to find disease, this type of testing looks for dysfunction, the subtle imbalances that quietly sabotage your energy, hormones, digestion, and metabolism. I walk you through what the test measures, including bacteria, yeast, parasites, inflammation, leaky gut markers, and detox capacity.  You'll learn why so many women get “normal” test results at the doctor's office but still feel anything but normal in their bodies. I share why skipping the gut and jumping straight into hormone work often leads to stalled progress and frustration. I also break down how we use GI Map results to create custom gut-healing protocols that go far beyond random supplements.  We talk through the real-life signs that your gut might be your missing piece even if you don't have obvious digestive issues. I explain why this test alone isn't enough and how coaching and real-time adjustments are what make the process actually work.  If you've been doing “all the right things” and still feel off, this episode will connect the dots for you. By the end, you'll understand whether a GI Map might be the next step in your healing journey and why guessing is no longer necessary. What Stage of Coach Maturity are you at?

Have you ever paused to consider where you truly are in your growth as a coach and what your current stage of development reveals about the way you show up for your clients? In this episode, we walk through the evolving arc of our professional identity and the way our presence deepens as we move from doing coaching to being a coach. It is a journey rich with curiosity, discomfort, insight, and ultimately, transformation. During the conversation, we unpack the three broad stages of coach maturity. We explore the ways we develop from novice coach to intuitive practitioner and eventually to a place where we work with the wider system that sits around each client. As we revisit these stages, we were reminded of the moments in our own journeys when we grappled with self-doubt, longed for structure, and later found liberation in silence, emergence, and reflective practice. We discuss what this pathway can look like in real life. Early on, the focus often sits on learning models like GROW or CLEAR, trying to get coaching "right", and wondering whether you are offering enough value. As maturity builds, the focus shifts toward deep relational awareness. Questions such as how we are being together begin to matter more than the specific tools we use. There is more acknowledgment of intuition, pattern spotting, boundaries, ethics, and the energy in the space between coach and client. As the journey progresses, the coaching relationship becomes a gateway into something broader. We delve into the systemic nature of coaching and what happens when we are able to sit in not knowing without fear. This phase is rich, existential, and deeply grounding. It calls for humility, self-awareness, regulated presence, and the ability to hold space for emergence. We reflect on how this stage can be both liberating and challenging. At times we have found it confronting, and at others we have found it to be the most expansive area of professional growth. Throughout this episode, the recurring theme for me is that coaching maturity is not time served. It is about what we integrate, how we reflect, and the courage we bring to our own development. Every phase offers value. Every phase has its purpose. And every coach will move through the continuum in their own way. Our hope is that this conversation sparks meaningful self-reflection and gives you a clearer sense of where you are today and where your next stretch might be.   Timestamps: 00:00 Welcome and introduction to coaching maturity 01:20 Why the competency frameworks can feel confusing 02:17 From doing coaching to being a coach 03:35 The ongoing evolution of a coach 05:01 Coach maturity as continual development rather than destination 06:29 Stage one indicators and early coaching experiences 08:25 Navigating self doubt and value questions 09:50 Transitioning into a more relational coaching style 11:20 Deep listening, intuition and pattern spotting 12:45 Creativity and presence in coaching 14:11 How the coaching space mirrors client experiences 16:08 Sitting with not knowing and supporting emergence 18:05 Humility and letting go of ego 19:34 How supervision supports growth 20:31 Using coaching maturity reflections as a development catalyst 21:30 Why different clients need different levels of maturity 22:55 Maturity is not time served 24:18 Understanding learning edges 25:44 Encouragement for self-reflection and next steps 26:08 Coaching training quiz and CPD options   Key Lessons Learned: Coaching maturity evolves from doing coaching to embodying the role of coach in a grounded, relational way Early stages often include self-doubt, reliance on tools, and a desire to get things right Growth involves increased trust in intuition, deeper presence, and comfortable use of silence Systemic awareness becomes central as maturity develops Reflective practice and supervision accelerate progression Not knowing can be a powerful portal for insight and emergence Maturity is not about years of experience but about integration and self-awareness   Keywords: coaching maturity, coach development, reflective practice, coaching presence, coaching intuition, systemic coaching, coaching evolution, coaching confidence, professional coaching skills, coaching competence   Links and Resources: www.igcompany.com/ilmcall www.mycoachingcourse.com

Typically, fold around 80% of your hands at a full table and prioritize pairs, broadways, and suited connectors on the button and cutoff. 2 Raise or Fold When First In
When you are first to act in a pot, avoid limping (just calling the big blind). Instead, either raise with your selected hands or fold if the hand doesn't meet your standards. 3 Stop Calling Raises With Marginal Hands Avoid calling with weak or medium-strength hands after someone else has raised. Only call if you have a strong hand or a specific reason (like good pot odds). 4 Value Bet Relentlessly Against CallingStations Most low stakes opponents will call too often with weak hands, so bet big with your strong hands. Focus on extracting the most value when you hit top pair or better. 5 Punish Over-Callers and Tight Players Use bigger bet sizes to charge loose, passive players who chase draws. Against tight players who rarely bluff, bet smaller and be willing to fold to big bets. 6 Double Barrel (Bet Flop and Turn) Against Passive Players If opponents call your flop bet, often follow up with another bet on the turn ("double barrel"), as many low stakes players will fold if you continue showing strength. 7 Three-Bet Light in Position Occasionally re-raise ("three-bet") with hands such as suited connectors, suited aces, and small pairs from the button or cutoff against tight openers. Do not do this with junk hands. 8 Play More Hands in Late Position Actively seek to play hands when sitting near the dealer button or cutoff, as acting last gives you more information and control over the pot size and your actions. 9 Exploit Weakness; Don't Bluff Too Much Bluffing should be limited, as opponents call too often. Only bluff when you see clear signs of weakness and avoid elaborate moves, especially against calling stations. 10 Use Logical Systematic Decision Making Always analyze the situation: hand strength, position, previous action, and your opponent's tendencies. Stick to your plan and don't let emotions or tilt affect your choices. Review sessions afterward to improve your play. Hate AK? The Mindful Healers Podcast with Dr. Jessie Mahoney and Dr. Ni-Cheng Liang

What if the holidays could feel spacious, nourishing, and connected? This episode offers a strengths-based perspective on holiday dynamics—focusing less on what goes wrong and more on the mindful choices that cultivate ease, joy, and connection, even amidst grief, change, and complexity. We share what helped us experience Thanksgiving with ease this year.  Our experiences were quite different, and yet a shared approach grounded in intention, space, simplicity, and trust led to remarkably peaceful gatherings. Whether you're anticipating difficult family moments, feeling the ache of absence, or simply longing for more presence, we hope this conversation brings clarity and peace. Pearls of Wisdom: Speaking early and clearly about what matters shifts the energy of gatherings. Grief and joy can coexist—and allowing grief makes more room for peace. Space (mental, emotional, physical) supports nervous system regulation and connection. Letting go of rigid plans often makes things flow better. Flexibility and boundaries are both acts of love. Reflection Questions: What would a spacious, easeful holiday look like for you? What expectations are you willing to soften or let go? Where might more trust, flexibility, or rest make a difference? If this episode resonated… We invite you to take this work deeper.  Coaching with me offers personalized support to create space, peace, and purpose in your life—through the holidays and far beyond. Turning Towards Life - a Thirdspace podcast

Earlier this week we ran a workshop for our Thirdspace coaching graduates on ‘supervision' - the practice of supporting one another in being of service to others. Our source this week comes from one of the participants in that day, and asks what it is to ‘become a place'… in which we stand stable without dissolving, in which we hold a field of possibility and relationship without being claimed by it, in which we can be both ‘flame' and ‘vessel'. We know what good ‘places' can be in human life. At their best and most resonant they are affordances for us to find our courage, love, presence, realness, generosity. When a place is made with care and attention it can awaken in us awe, wonder, a sense of home, belonging. They can turn us towards one another in genuine reciprocity. And so, we ask in this conversation, what is it to cultivate our capacity to ‘be a place'? And what might that make possible? This week's Turning Towards Life is a conversation about how 'inclusivity' starts with us and between us, hosted as always by Lizzie Winn and Justin Wise of Thirdspace. This is Turning Towards Life, a weekly live 30 minute conversation hosted by Thirdspace in which Justin Wise and Lizzie Winn dive deep into big questions of human living. Here's our source for this week: I bring my small universe with me, the part that simmers, the part that stews, the part that grows roots in uncertainty, and still feels everything. And yet, I remain my own. Autonomous. Upright. Or lying down Always a quiet spine of presence in the storm-light of relation This is the work: to stand stable without hardening to share without dissolving to hold the field without being claimed by it to become a place I remember myself as both flame and vessel. "Sometimes you do not know how selfish you are until love holds a mirror up to your face." Cory Lamont Hughes SrThis Earth Xperience moves through love, failure, faith, and the courage to face the truth about yourself. Cory Lamont Hughes Sr shares the journey that shaped him into a father, man of God, entrepreneur, and community voice who helps people discover who they are beyond what they do. He begins with the story of being saved from drowning as a child, a moment he now sees as proof that God's favor and protection have been with him his entire life.We explore identity and the question of who we become when our environment tells us we are smaller than we are. Cory shares the story of the eagle raised among chickens, a reminder that environment can limit belief, but purpose still calls you higher. The conversation then moves into marriage, divorce, and the emotional weight of love. Cory reflects on the vulnerability required to be fully seen, how marriage exposes selfishness, and how two people must constantly choose each other for a relationship to last. He speaks openly about long suffering, sacrifice, the biblical image of naked and unashamed, and how love must operate both spiritually and practically. We also explore the moments when faith alone is not enough and why marriage requires maturity, communication, emotional intelligence, and self awareness. Cory shares the pain of loving through change, the reality of capacity, and the challenge of learning that sometimes love stays and sometimes love leaves. He discusses the gap between what the church teaches about marriage and the emotional complexity that real relationships demand. This Earth Xperience reflects on what it means to grow after loss, why slowing down matters when choosing a partner, and how divorce can teach you more about yourself than victory ever could. Each Earth Xperience has its own fingerprint, shaped by the life of the guest. The X represents whatever we explore together. In this episode, the X is an Experience with Cory Lamont Hughes Sr, a father, community activist, serial entrepreneur, and coach who helps people rebuild their lives, their mindset, and their purpose. He is the creator of three seven figure businesses and is currently writing his book The Journey to Self Discovery, focused on discovering who you are beyond titles. You can connect with him on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok at @thecoreylhughes. What Turns Her Off — and What Godly Husbands Do Instead Have you ever wished you could just…get inside your wife's heart for a moment? Not to manipulate, but to genuinely understand her. To love her in a way that makes her feel safe and wanted—not pressured or confused. My husband Darrow and I sat down to talk through something men rarely get honest insight about: Her biggest turn-offs. And not because we want to shame or scold—but because clarity brings freedom. When you finally understand what shuts her down, you also discover what opens her heart. So take a deep breath. You're not in trouble. You're learning—and that already makes you a good man. Let's walk through these turn-offs together, with God's kindness leading us all the way. 1. When Affection Feels Like a Transaction One of the most common complaints I hear from wives is this: "Every time he does something sweet, it feels like he's trying to get sex." A back rub, a coffee, a hand on her waist, a date night—beautiful gestures—become tainted when she senses they come with an expectation. When affection is only a bridge to the bedroom, she feels: Used Not loved for who she is Like her worth is tied to her sexual availability God never intended marital intimacy to be a negotiation.Love her without a scoreboard. Bless her without an agenda. 2. Grabbing, Pinching, or Smacking Her Body When She's Not Comfortable Yes…wives talk about this. And I know many husbands mean it playfully. But if she doesn't feel safe—emotionally, spiritually, or physically—this kind of touch feels like entitlement, not affection. Her body is not something to be "snatched."She needs room to open, not pressure to surrender. When she feels cherished—not grabbed—she wants to share her body freely. 3. Taking "Not Now" Personally If she says she's tired, overwhelmed, stressed, or simply "not right now," it's almost never about you. But when a husband interprets it as: Rejection Lack of desire "She doesn't love me" …it puts enormous emotional weight on her shoulders. Instead, respond with: "No worries, sweetheart. Another time would be wonderful." That confidence and peace will draw her toward you—not away. 4. Moping After She Says No Emotional sulking is not harmless. Moping communicates: "You disappointed me." "Now I have to punish you with sadness." "You're responsible for my emotions."   This shuts her heart down.Fast. Your steadiness and joy—even when she's not available—makes her feel safe. And safety is the soil where desire grows. 5. Punishing Her for Not Wanting Sex This is one of the deepest wounds wives carry. Punishments include: Silent treatment Withholding affection Moving to another room Being cold or distant Only being "nice" when you want intimacy These behaviors feel manipulative and honestly frightening. Your wife is not the enemy. She is the assignment God entrusted to you. Lead with love, not consequences. 6. Lack of Playfulness Playfulness is essential to intimacy. If everything feels heavy, serious, structured, pressured…then her nervous system never relaxes enough to enjoy being sensual. Silliness is holy ground for a woman's heart. Laughter lowers her guard.Playfulness creates connection. If you want her to be playful in the bedroom, she needs to experience playfulness outside the bedroom. 7. Not Feeling Emotionally Safe Women cannot separate emotional connection from physical intimacy. I'll say that one more time. Women cannot separate emotional connection from physical intimacy. When she feels emotionally unsafe, her body shuts down. Emotional Safety looks like: Listening Compassion Being slow to speak and quick to understand Responding gently Supporting her heart, not "fixing" immediately  When she feels heard, she opens. 8. Being a "Negative Nellie" (or Negative Ned!) Constant complaining is exhausting and not attractive. It pulls the atmosphere of the home downward and makes her feel like she has to carry your emotional weight. There is space to process hard things—but constant negativity drains the joy God wants in your marriage. Rejoice. Notice blessings. Bring hope into the home. 9. Bitterness and Resentment Long-term resentment is a marriage-killer. Bitterness communicates: "I haven't forgiven you." "You owe me." "I'm still keeping score." This is the opposite of Christlike love. Your wife cannot relax into intimacy with a man who holds her mistakes over her head. Forgiveness clears the ground for closeness to grow again. And if you need a little extra inspiration, let us turn you to Matthew 6:15 (NIV): "But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins." 10. Being Too Serious All the Time Intensity has a place—but not every moment. When a man is always stern, rigid, perfectionistic, spiritual-but-heavy…it makes her feel like she can never fully exhale. If she can't be herself around you, she won't be vulnerable with you. Joy is a fruit of the Spirit—not an optional extra. 11. Using Slang or Sexual Words She Doesn't Like Words matter. Some husbands use slang affectionately or playfully. Some wives love it.Others absolutely don't. If slang or sexual language makes her uncomfortable, embarrassed, or unsafe, it becomes a turn-off—not a turn-on. Honor her preferences. You're not losing freedom—you're gaining connection. Final Thoughts: So What Do You Do with All This? If reading this stirs conviction…good. Conviction is not condemnation. The enemy heaps shame.God invites repentance—and repentance leads to freedom. Your wife is God's daughter. And He entrusted her to you. Every shift you make toward loving her well brings you closer to His heart and closer to hers. We're rooting for you!   Blessing, The Delight Your Marriage Team   PS - If you want help walking this out in real life—not just head knowledge—that's exactly why our coaching and in-person training programs exist. From the critical difference between treating real estate like a hobby versus a true business, to the real reasons some investors succeed quickly while others never gain traction, Don shares clear, practical insights directly from his coaching experience. If you're an investor or entrepreneur looking for the unfiltered truth about what drives long-term success in multifamily, this episode delivers clarity, depth, and hard-earned wisdom straight from the source.5 Key Takeaways to learn fromSuccess starts with disciplined consistency—not talent.Don emphasizes that the biggest differentiator between successful and unsuccessful students is whether they commit real business hours and follow through on them consistently. Being coachable matters more than technical knowledge. Many students fail because they reinvent the wheel instead of doing the exact action steps their coach gives them; the ones who follow direction win. Your personality doesn't limit your role—your habits do.Don, an extrovert who loves underwriting, shows that strengths can evolve: he and his partner eventually became skilled at both the analytical and relational sides of the business. Staying plugged into a community accelerates belief and momentum.Students who attend events, stay connected, and surround themselves with like-minded investors progress faster and stay inspired through challenges.About Tim MaiTim Mai is a real estate investor, fund manager, mentor, and founder of HERO Mastermind for REI coaches. He has helped many real estate investors and coaches become millionaires.
