So those who have more than they need often gets richer at the expense of those who are still in need. (Palm 10:2,9-10, Isaiah 3:14-15, jer 2:34, amos 2:6-7,5:12-14). But the Bible strongly opposes the mistreatment of those who are are disadvantaged or in need. If we are truly obeying God and following Jesus' example, we will be willing to sacrifice in order to serve and provide for the needs of others. (1john 3:16).
