Just trying to express my thoughts that I think should be heard by everyone trying to communicate what I believe and think is right.
Be completely committed and disciplined if your gonna stick to something. If not, don’t do it. Don’t waste your time.
Why is it important to warm up or stretch in the morning? For many reasons stretching relaxes the muscles, reduces pain and chances of injury. It’s a stress Reliever too! When it comes to waking up or when it’s cold outside the body tends be rigid or it’s not as flexible. So to wake it up you wanna so dynamic stretches or a little workout. This helps with ROM and promote blood circulation. Light activity is telling the body it’s time to get up. Here are some examples to do first thing in the morning; foam rolling, arm circles, butt kicks, walking lunges, push-ups, pull - ups etc. You don’t need to do 100 push ups. You can even start by doing 1 jumping jack a day! It’s just about STARTING! ☝
