This weeks is all about wants vs. likes. Have you asked yourself lately, "What is it that I want?" If you want something, make a goal, and achieve it. The ebbs and flows along the way is the journey that makes a great story in achieving the success you define by getting what you want.

Sweat it out. The negative energy. The toxic vibes. The hate you feel. Exercise is key to keeping a fuckable father body and a healthy mind.
