How can I describe this podcast if it doesn't exist yet? I guess I could if I would have a plan, but I don't have one... ^^ So for now, this is what I love and love to talk about: - Authenticity & Transparency - Personal, spiritual and emotional growth & development - psychedelics & plant medicin…
Me talking about what is happening in my life right now. And about tiktok - the super fast growing social network.
It seems like spending time alone without input from other minds is essential for us. I feel like reading "Digital Minimalism" from Cal Newport is totally going to change my life. If you use your smartphone like most people and check it more than 30 times every day and you have the feeling it is impacting your life in a negative way, read this book! I will probably stop using facebook, so follow me on Instagram ;) https://www.instagram.com/jan_trautwein/
Do you know this inner voice that criticizes us so often? "Work harder! You could have done better!" I hear it regularly and therefore I sometimes struggle to acknowledge how far I've come already. In this episode, I am taking some time to reflect on the progress I've made in the last 9 months. Thanks to my friend Neil who send me a really nice voice message reminding me. This is Neils Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/neildisy/ He is a coach & healer from the US. This is my Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/jan_trautwein/
I share my definition of "Inner Peace" and 2 experiences where I felt inner peace when my outside world was not at peace at all.
How many days from the last 30 do you remember? In this episode I talk about how we can get more out of life. Times just seems to fly sometimes... Why is that? And what can we do against it? Listen to find out! And if you want to listen to another episode in the future, it might be a good idea press "follow" Hope you have a memorable day my friend!
Little summary of the book "The 4 agreements". I highly recommend you check it out! :) Send me your thoughts to hello@jantrautwein.com
What is energy? I explain it from the perspective of physics. What is everything made out of? It might be basic stuff for some of you but I wanted to explain it here so I can dive deeper into the topic in the upcoming episodes. We'll discuss questions like "If everything IS energy, then what does that mean for us?" (HINT: Our thoughts create electromagnetic fields.) I recorded this episode in a live stream on facebook. Before I pressed record I share that I would go on a small retreat here in Stuttgart on the day of the recording. I say a few sentences about that at the end of the podcast. I wanted to mention that here, just so you don't get too confused.^^
Wanted to talk about gratitude. I did in some way - and I told the story of why I was angry at my parents and disappointed that I had such a good childhood. Crazy, I know...
I share a little analogy that one of my coaching clients shared with me. You can hear some rain in the background because I was recording this walking home. Hope you enjoy this as much as I did. Much love, Jan
Around 4-5 years ago I discovered that I don't HAVE to have exclusive relationships. Say whuut? It was the first time I heard about polyamory. It sounded like an awesome model and made sense to me locigally, so I decided to give it a try. In this episode, I give you a basic understanding of what polyamory can be and I share my story and view on that topic. As always, if you have any questions, feel free to reach out to me! https://www.instagram.com/jan_trautwein/ https://www.facebook.com/janmtrautwein Much love, Jan
Say hello on facebook: https://www.facebook.com/janmtrautwein I have a free PDF that might help you coming up soon.
If you decide to invest 9 minutes of your time to listen to me - thank you! That's awesome!
I share my view of the world - at least a part of it. For example my take on future technology and the awesome opportunities & the danger I see. You will get bombarded with different topics that I am interested in. Might be a bit overwhelming :/ And if any topic I talk about is interesting for you, feel free to reach out to me and we can have a chat. :) (PS: I will get a better microphone soon.)
Geeez, I can't belief I'm doing this... I just hurried to my laptop to publish what I recorded before I can change my mind about it again. Isn't it fascinating that we care so much about what other people think? In my very first podcast episode ever I am talking about my thought process that ultimately led to me starting this podcast journey. It's a weird feeling to do it but I'm doing it anyway. It will be a weird podcast too I guess. But you know what "I don't give a f*ck!" (Or at least I try not to...^^) I will learn along the way. Feedback of any kind is welcome! Namasteezy!
