From Tinder to Twins

Pt. 2 with Kiana Hernandez! We continue the sex talk this episode, going in to why, how, and when to talk to your kids about privates, puberty, and pleasure. We realize that all parenting styles are different and that each person is going to do what they think is best and appropriate for their child. This discussion was just ~our opinions~ and a casual chat with a sex therapist and should not be interpreted as the only right way to talk to kids, but hopefully will bring awareness and thought to the necessity of parents having these important conversations, even if its awkward!

This week we are joined by our fist guest, and it's SPICY!! Future sex therapist Kiana Hernandez gives us all the advice on sex and intimacy during pregnancy and postpartum, and beyond! Also, Mieka gets a lesson on butt plugs....yeah, we went there.

Everything that happened after the twins were born....kind of. Two years is alot to cover but we did our best to give an insight into what parenthood has been like for us so far. Also answered a couple frequently asked questions from instagram!

This week we're talking about making babies, aka Mieka growing them in her body and what an unpleasant experience that was. Navigating pregnancy and big life changes was a challenge and we talk about how we dealt with it all, as well as going into what it was like to have a c section from both parents perspectives!

It's our first episode! We introduce ourselves, go into the history of our relationship a little bit and answer some questions we got asked on instagram. "Rant Nate" makes a guest appearance near the end and goes all the way off on the Loch Ness monster, big foot, and video games.
