Sean and Spanna discuss how having a baby has affected their social lives. No more going out drinking 3 nights per week (sometimes until daylight), no more lads holidays apart from stag do's (which are 'essential travel'), Wolves season tickets, and dealing with baby while hanging like a basket. 

In this episode Seán and Spanna discuss how it's possible to be sick from sleep deprivation, tips for visiting people with newborns, the first outing, the first bath and the realisation that life will never be the same again.
