Do you ever find yourself just exhausted? You need a little break? Or maybe a vacation? This week, Donna & Caitlyn share about the importance in resting. The culture right now pushes for go, go, go. While it's good to have things to do it's also very important to slow down a little bit and just rest. Challenge yourself this week to take moments to do things that rejuvenate yourself. Take a walk, sit and read a book, or maybe, literally - sleep!

Intentionality is difficult! It can be hard to always be intentional in all that we do in our lives, however, it is so important! Being intentional shows that you care, shows you are invested, & that you are trying your best. Be intentional this week!

Life is about stepping out of the comfort zone and into the unknown. Listen to Donna share why we should step out and take that risk! Be encouraged and inspired to trust God in His plan for you.
