After coming back from our recent vacation as a family in Bay Harbor Islands/Surfside, FL and feeling so relaxed, I sat down and wrote down what I would share with another Mom before heading on her family vacation. Because like many moms, the first time I went on vacation I thought, "It's vacation!?, so how annoying can it be already to be going with a baby?" and "I can't wait to show him the world." Well, we did have a great time showing him the world on our first vacation. We do have beautiful memories, but honestly I did NOT come back feeling relaxed, chill and ready to hustle. I came back yearning for pre-baby vacation time. So, this second trip I decided I was going to learn from my own mistakes I made on our first trip and put things into action to make sure we had a relaxing, enjoyable vacation. After a long winter, I needed to chill out under the sun and I had to make it happen. So, here I am with my trip notes to share with you the tips that allowed me to have a relaxing time and the (new) lessons I learnt that I will put into practice for the next trip. Something I talk about: What to be aware of when booking an airbnb, what to do in the restaurant when your child is inpatient, and how to communicate with your spouse in order to make sure you both have a relaxing time. Make sure to listen to this before you take your next trip, heck even your next day trip. Here's a packing list to make your preparation relaxing too: http://bit.ly/babypackinglistminimaliststyle This podcast is made to share with you what no other friend, mom, or women naturally share with each other. To make topics that are off the table, on the table. To bring you into the inner mind of another human and make you feel human. --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/Innermindsbyyeaduhh/support

I hope to leave you with a changed mindset and show you the ways social media can enhance your life. --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/Innermindsbyyeaduhh/support
Every few years a new diet trend surfaces and we feel compelled to try it because nothing has worked. Believing, that if we don't follow it, we aren't being healthy, we aren't doing the right things for our body and our long-term health. Yet, have we ever paid attention to the fact that these trendy diets only last for so long, before another one comes and overtakes the top charts? In this episode, I share with you my thought process as I decided what diet to follow (for my lifetime that is, not solely 3 months and such). I start you at my first introduction to eating healthy and introduce you to a book that has changed the dieting game for me. I cleared up my acne, got rid of stomach aches, identified what caused bloating, eliminated inflammation (hello 6 pack, hello collar-bone and jaw line, and hello muscles). What I share with you will impart you with a life long ability to know what to eat for YOUR body. You will finally have the tools to gain clarity, so you will not have to change up what you're doing when a new diet buzz word, such as Keto, is brought to the table (and all the not yet explored diets that will come out within your lifetime). For, you already will be keeping to the diet that makes you feel your best and will not be seeking out new things to try, because perhaps this one "will do the magic". --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/Innermindsbyyeaduhh/support

Are you pregnant and thinking damn, I'm so crazy thinking this. Or you have baby fever and want to get the pregnancy feels back, just to be sure it's actually baby fever. Or perhaps, you just are curious as to what's its like being pregnant but not only physcially also mentally and emotionally, y'know like a supportive husband, or a mom/dad wondering when their daugher/daugher in law is going to have a baby and you're actually thinking about whether you should mention something (btw - DO NOT!), or a friend (btw - you are a blessed friend) wanting to support your friend through her pregnancy. Well, thank you for being a listener and let's get the real effects of pregnancy out there. Sharing is caring and knowledge is power! Motivation isn't something one is naturally born with. I believe that motivation is built within our minds, its how we absorb our experiences, its how we interpret them and how we utilize them to achieve our dreams. Here, I share with you, what motivation really is and I give you 3 tactical ways to get yourself motivated from within, (which I use on a daily basis). --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/Innermindsbyyeaduhh/support
I never got to hear the factors in why some couples waited to have a child and was curious about them. This curiosity increased in the first 2 years of our marriage when we were tackled by constant child blessings and questions. Here, in this episode are the factors that specifically for me validated our wait. Now, as a mom of an almost 8 month old, I am grateful that I stuck to my gut and reasoning and waited to start trying until I felt ready around our 5 year anniversary.
