Much of the struggle comes from wanting clarity before movement, certainty before trust, and answers before experience. Yet, my love, life does not reveal itself all at once. It reveals itself through participation. The journey is not something waiting in the future after healing, success, or worthiness is achieved. It is already happening through every choice, challenge, and moment of attention. When the expectation of arrival dissolves, the nervous system softens, intuition strengthens, and life begins to move with greater coherence. Growth happens not by escaping discomfort, but by allowing experience to become the teacher. Every phase, including confusion, resistance, and upheaval, carries intelligence. When energetic care is prioritized alongside mental and physical practices, the body is no longer forced to protect through outdated survival responses. Shame, fear, judgment, and inner criticism are revealed not as personal flaws, but as intelligent signals asking for an update. Through energetic awareness and intentional repair, the body becomes an ally rather than a battleground, allowing life force, intuition, and spiritual connection to move freely again. If therapy feels like talking in circles, you're not un-helpable. Your therapy might be the wrong kind of help. In today's episode we're talking about the big fat elephant in the therapy room: The disconnect between what therapists actually do, and what people are expecting to get out of it. So many of them walk away from therapy feeling frustrated, stuck, or even wondering if they're the problem.
