Living everyday as ourselves, it’s our life purpose. Adding value to the space we occupy is our true calling. For me, being in-tuned with self, is how we live are our truest self. Listening to “the whispers” of life is how we live purposely. Peace that surpasses all understanding, is to accept what is and let go of what is not. This podcast is a audible of my personal dairy. It captures my trauma which activates my pain body and ego; additionally, it is my rebirth which expresses my acceptance. Go with me on a life journey of healing.
In this podcast I talk about the importance of being different and doing things your unique way. In addition, I talk about the process of healing, being kind and gentle with self.
